I don't understand how the doctor can establish JH's state of mind so long after the shooting.

The Doctor explain how was able to..as he reviewed everything turned over to him by defence/ prosecution/jail/prior to date ( Dr. Fenton/girlfriend/mother and others) took him about 3 months to review all that info...before he even interviewed. This enabled him to assess accordingly to his "TASK"...So his final opinion was NOT based just on interview..Hope that explains it for you Maisie...<<Hugs>> glad your Headache gone...:loveyou:

I could be wrong...but I think that he watched a lot of video, including with other docs, and read all of their notes and then interviewed them. Before ever talking to JH.

I just know that some of these meds were prescribed to my mom with dementia and she was a walking zombie

I know zoey :gaah:..It's awful to watch isn't it?.. :therethere:

I do know that in some circumstances they medicate to suit the staff versus treating the patient...Actually was involved in a case regarding that ( OT) ...I called it control by medicating ..gerrrr.. as often Dementia is often "Over treated" or "Mis-diagnoised" Gerrrrr!! :silenced:
