If you look at the other photos on the website his eyebrows look different and in this pic his nose looks crooked compared to the others. Lips look bigger too.

Did his nose get broken since incarcerated?

I wonder if that photo has been photoshopped. I looked at the ears as the ears continue to grow and the ears in this photo are lower set. Weird. Why would someone do this?

To me it's obvious why he was angry at people. I think he was born a very fearful person. At the root of all anger is fear. He had a fear of humans which led to a hatred (anger) towards them. That fear had to find an outlet. Anger is often that outlet.

I know it's very strange they would put a photoshopped picture. It reminds me of those computer photo recreations of what someone would look like in older age.

Yes, I agree but he called it aversion not anger. Lol. He has a hard time admitting it to the Dr but it was written in his notebook.

This photo does not look like JH from Murderpedia website. If you compare to his nose and lips on the other photos. I don't think it's him.

It is definitely a photoshop. They put JH's eyes (or something) over this actual person, Andrew Auernheimer.

Don't ask me why people do stupid %&# like this!!!!!!

This is why I would have a hard time sentencing him to death if I were on the jury. JH strikes me as severely mentally ill. The question I have of him would be would he do the same heinous acts today? Now that he is medicated?

100% yes in my opinion....he has no feeling (so far) of regret in the video

I'm gonna go with....he was born that way. He had nice parents who raised him well....maybe that is why he didn't show earlier...or he degraded over time....or got braver the farther he got away from home....I'm open!!

I agree. If one juror hung the JA sentencing I think there will be at least one sympathetic Juror that will not send him to death but I'm guessing probably LWOP. I don't think he will win the insanity defense. Someone on that jury with a son or family member with any kind of mental illness will have empathy.

After hearing Katie Koolaid Lady's tale...I'm totally for LWOP as the surest way to see someone stay in jail for the rest of their life. DP just gives you endless appeals and support from the outside. If you want the DP to "stick" you'd better commit your crime in Texas

I found a link posted by Channel 7 Denver, but its only 4 hours long and starts with JH video interview.... so I don't think that is how the day started in court.. or maybe it did?

I agree he was probably born that way -- with a damaged and diseased mind. Just makes me wonder wonder about free-will and how much of this he truly had control over. Really confused as to what sort of punishment he deserves.

One last interesting tidbit I learned today from I think the news guy on Channel 7 Denver who gives commentary during the breaks. Somewhere I heard that they do chain JH down where he is seated so its not like he can go anywhere when he is in the courtroom.

He is chained before the jury comes in. So the jury doesnt know he is chained down.

I found that interesting.

Every day I here jingling at the beginning of testimonies through that channel. I'm just listening as rl I have to only do audio, but is that jingling his chains. It's wierd, but I keep looking for that answer somewhere but not on a site to see it asked and answered lol. :blush:

Tapatalk on your PHONE has ads? :thud: Thanks for the heads up and I will not not not update tapatalk lol as I don't have ads, and based on past experiences, I always reject updates on most apps.

And yes... about 50% of my time on WS is through my phone app of tapatalk. I guess the limiting band width that was the reason for not allowing 200 posts per page is now overdone by ads. Takes me 15 seconds to refresh on my computer with all the ads now, and that's why I use tapatalk to view threads. 15 seconds to refresh :thud: It's like dial up days :giggle:
