I was thinking that the re-arrangement of seating was due to who would be incharge of the video

The video could have something to do with it although surely they could have come up with some better seating than to have the defendent so close to the witness box.

Whats crazy to me is the current seating has JH about as close as possible to the witness box. This is absolutely the worst thought out design of seating I have ever seen and especially for a mass murderer trial.

Its almost like they are taunting the witnesses with JH. He may as well stick his toungue out at them as they walk by. Just incredible to me.
