I hope its not allowed--but we have seen it done before

Since they have been released from their subpoena, wouldn't it be allowed? Isn't that why the Judge makes it a point to ask both sides if they are released after each witness? That is just my thought...but I could be wrong.

I agree that JH's placement in the courtroom is horrible for the victims who testify.... but I wonder if they wanted him over in the corner just so he could be contained/protected, rather than if he was over where the prosecution sits, which would be more out in the open.
