Definition of murder from the Oxford Dictionary:

The unlawful premeditated killing of one human being by another.

If he was insane wouldn't he have used some other term to describe what he did....

Boy, He sure is honest. He told Fenton he wanted to kill people. Didn't in opening statements they say he told GF he wanted to kill people too.?

I'm sure Lynne Fenton could have stopped this terrible crime from happening if she had done her job properly and reported JH to the police.

At least he thought of protecting Hilary but yet killing all the others. He's one extreme to the other.

I do think the timing of him dying his hair orange is a good signal that he had made up his mind he was going to go through with it and do the killings.

He basically just told the doctor that. By saying his hair was red so he didnt go out with girlfriend anymore to protect them from association with him since he had decided he was going to be a murderer.

At least that is what I thought I heard on the interview.
