Judge, defendant and attorneys are back in #theatershooting courtroom. Dr. William Reid is expected to return to the stand again.

Dr. Reid confirmed that without Holmes' mental condition the crime would not have taken place. I'm having a problem with this. He already confirmed a mental illness but that doesn't mean legal insanity. Here is where we see the defense trying to confuse the jury. To me, this isn't a huge 'win' for the defense.
