They are talking about videos of JH in the November after the shooting. They agree that he appears to be in a state of Psychosis. Here is a definition of this:

Definition:

'Psychosis is a symptom or feature of mental illness typically characterized by radical changes in personality, impaired functioning, and a distorted or nonexistent sense of objective reality'

Even if he was in this state months after the shooting it doesn't prove he was at time time he committed the crime. In fact by all accounts he was NOTHING like this in the run up to July 20th 2012.

I have gaps in my memory from when I had depression. I don't know if that was the depression or the meds. (JH is taking the same antidepressant I was on).

Could be related or not. I just find myself being surprised that he has such good memory considering the time that's passed and the medications he is taking.

I have to say, don't you think that he went 'psychotic' in Nov. because the DA denied his defense plea deal for guilty for life in prison & he realized he would be facing a trial & the DP -and, then they decided 'insanity'? I'm just skeptical, IMOO

Didn't realize that! But that makes sense---He appeared (to me at least) to use mental illness as an excuse very often during those tapes--also all the research he did in his self diagnosis---he knew how he should present himself--in other words ---- I'm with you :thinking:
