I can already see how the defense plans to discredit this witness. They are going to suggest Reid had already formed a preconceived notion that JH was malingering and that his questioning during the interview reflected an assumption that he was faking it. They're going to try to say he asked questions (& repeatedly asked them) in a way to trip him up... & claim that because he kept trying to get answers to questions that JH didn't naturally have or planted/suggested ideas as possible answers that he caused JH to give inconsistent answers or caused him to exhibit signs of malingering.

LOL I'd be drunk if I took a shot overtime he suggesting malingering ..BUT having some insights into psychology..why defence is even suggesting malingering is stupid as only indications of malingering would be his research into Mental Illness..and adopted the terms and self-diagnosed...and figured in his warped mind..assumed meds would FIX him...JH in this 22 hour interview gave no indications of malingering as much as using his knowledge base to interject terms and his own diagnosis to explain whatever.....Non-professional folk may NOT understand the difference..He used terms to explain but did NOT enhance them..in fact undermined them since he had no idea HOW to do that...

LOL Malingering NOPE..due to lack of homework done to be able to understand all those terms he threw around??

Sure..however this brilliant physician as a Master of his trade..did his homework long before he even interacted..thus was quite capable to delineate the differences from NOW to then.....

Dr. Reid was so so crafty..He didn't want to be influenced by OTHERS..and made up questions to clarify after reviewing other's interactions...He did what ALL the other's should have done..But depending on agenda...Dr. Reid was NOT hired by either side..but the system generally so didn't have to abide whatever agenda there was...Obviously TRUSTED!!

I think this jury will TRUST ( very important) for any juror to actually listen and believe their words...Even with my educated POV..I'm not just impressed..BUT truly trust this man!!
