I have to say, don't you think that he went 'psychotic' in Nov. because the DA denied his defense plea deal for guilty for life in prison & he realized he would be facing a trial & the DP -and, then they decided 'insanity'? I'm just skeptical, IMOO

I got this from Wikipedia:

On March 27, 2013, Holmes's attorneys said he would be willing to plead guilty to avoid the death penalty.[94] On March 28, prosecutors said they were not ready to accept Holmes's offer to plead guilty and avoid the death penalty and also criticized the offer as a deliberate ploy by the defense in order to delay the start of the trial

Has anyone noticed that the defence attorney keeps lumping all the schitzo type illnesses together. So even though Dr Reid didn't diagnose schizophrenia the attorney insists on listing all the illnesses together in his question.

Is he trying to confuse the jury into thinking Reid diagnosed schizophrenia?

Am I even making sense?!
