Just another thought..does defence not realize they ( State) have internet sleuths ( no..not us LOL) who are just as capable if not expert in figuring out IP address of that tweeter..contact them..and drag them into court ..Def. will put on a show of outrage against Media..BUT the truth may come out against them or a surrogate for them that gets linked to them...I can't wait to hear Brady whine her demands to the Judge!!

Enter stage right..Pros. with their searched findings!! Yet more fireworks?/ You can bet on that!! In the meantime the juror's will be filling out all those boxes on all 24 forms!!! LOL

I was under the impression it's the murder convictions only that the deliberating juror's have to consider at this stage?? Am I wrong on that??

What happened with the Foreman? I'm so lost!

He spoke to Judge about getting an anonymous tweet over weekend ( did NOT click on the link included) but did note it was to him using his name..which made him nervous..because his name should NOT be known to anyone beyond that courtroom!! They are all referred to by #'s only!! Leaked by someone..NO wrong doing by this juror 737 ( was foreman guilt phase)..He's NOT in trouble..and neither side is saying so!!

Not yet shiloh..Only Pros. gave closing arguments..def. declined ( TG) and sure it will come up soon..but it should also include juror 737's interviews with the judge prior to hearing the closing by Orman..

I agree 100%..but given how defence is constantly delaying and looking to cause a mistrial..who know's.....Wanna bet Newsweek will squeal if that actually a fact?

Other cases scenario would be if someone in the courtroom (observers) knows him and leaked..BUT why unless they had an issue with DP?? Sorry..me thinks this was a setup..How did the defence come up with the target tweet/article so quickly???? Hummmmm:thinking:

This won't lead to a mistrial, imho. His friends likely have figured out what trial he is on and sussed it out, also his co-workers, and their families could also know.

They only need 1//but to support killing of a child under 12 required at least another...But I happen to believe Pros. proved BRD that defendant killed will malice, disregard for human life in spades..then add the intent to kill ALL in that theatre..creating fear and lay in wait ( pre-planned (MO) but ambushed under cover of movie loud sound and darkness..Geesh..the more I read them..the more I realize he knowingly considered ALL aspects of those aggravators..No need to even listen to 22 + hour interview between Reid and Felon!!!

Yes, basically the defense seems to be conceding that the Prosecution proved the aggravators (mutliple deaths, child under 12 died, there was grave risk to the others who didn't die, his hack was heinous, cruel, torturous, etc, and he was lying in wait or ambush. I think it's obvious they are rolling their dice on the mitigation side, where they'll discuss the mental illness.

I expect no DP in this case. I expect the jury will find mitigation in his mental illness, and he'll get LWOP.

Juror's on lunch, which is being brought in by court as of 45 minutes ago..

Lawyers and Judge will reconvene (at 430P EDT-230 zoey time,930 Maisie time.130 Pacific) to discuss other matters..First will be surrounding the tweet sent to juror 747...

PS..hope I got all those timezones correct :blushing:
