The Colorado Springs Police Department is seeking the public’s assistance with locating an at-risk adult, Jerome Walker, 42 years of age, who was last seen in the downtown area of Colorado Springs around 11:00 AM on December 11, 2018. Mr. Walker is a black male, 5 feet 7 inches tall, and 300 pounds with slight facial hair. He was last seen wearing a black beanie, dark leather jacket and black pants. The department’s Missing Person Unit’s ongoing investigation has revealed that Mr. Walker is developmentally delayed; he does not have a vehicle and does not drive.
