What about what he did to Jessica? Cruel and unusual doesn't even begin to describe it. And he was going to do the same thing to the jogger!

I know that the defense has to do its job. But my head and stomach are spinning, with him bringing out the "mortality tables".

I understand the whole everyone is entitled to a defense blah blah blah....but in this case I seriously don't know how anyone is able to try and defend him. There is nothing in the world that could entice me to take such a case. I think I would try to strangle him.

I'm all for cruel and unusual punishment for this not human being. He's broken beyond any repair. Why kid ourselves as a society that we want to be "fair" to young monsters.
