Two gangs in Greeley are the Norteño who's colors are red and the Sureño and there colors are blue.

I didn't realize it had gotten that bad around the Greeley Mall. A real shame.

Someone mention earlier that she had at one point a 17-year old boyfriend. Wrong. 12-year olds don't have 17-year old boyfriends. That is rape. Here is the Colorado law http://www.cga.ct.gov/2003/olrdata/jud/rpt/2003-R-0376.htm How come this guy isn't in jail... (Mr. Local DA)? Maybe facing 6-years in jail would get someone talking.

It's only illegal if they were having sex, there's nothing in the law about having a younger girlfriend/boyfriend. I still can't find anything confirming that she had a 17 year old bf, much less that she was having sex with him. (Yes, it's possible that they were together and hadn't done the deed yet).

that's true...i ran around with all the boys, but did not have sex with any of them, not even my boyfriend of 3 yrs, who was 17 when i was 14...and we stayed together until college and i still didn't

i wonder what sort of tips they are getting? i did not know they were getting any?

One article said they had gotten about 100 tips. Never said anything about what they were.

Hopefully the phone records will tell a story. It is kind of spooky the places they are searching at this point. Are they going on a tip or just the fact there are not leads.

"Clearing" the area around her disappearance should be the first thing that is done in a MP case. It should have been done immediately Sunday night and Monday (likely was not done because they thought she was a RA). There might be tips or leads, but likely they are now just covering their bases and their bums.

We don't know their relationship. I am not saying I ever approve of a 12 yr. old having a boyfriend let alone a 17 yr. old one... but just because she had an older boyfriend (if she did) doesn't mean they were having sex.

Thanks and good point. It doesn't prove they were having sex, but that could also be why she is missing. The reality is that they probably were having sex.

Maybe other male predators learned of this, and that is why she is now missing. I see this pattern over and over again on WS and I'm sick of seeing it. JMO

LE is aware of her myspace and the comments. IIRC they were called in pretty early by someone at WS.

Oh Kayleah, WHERE ARE YOU?

It's been a week now. I'm praying so hard that this little girl is ok somewhere. I wish we knew what these 'leads' are that they've gotten. For awhile I thought it possible she could be hiding out (hanging w/ someone she knew she wasn't supposed to), and then got scared to come home once it was involving the police and FBI and media and everything. But as time keeps going on....how could a friend hide her that long w/o the friend's parents knowing? Or where else could a child hide out w/o being found in all this time, especially w/ searches going on? :-(

No one wants to hear this and I Hope I am wrong but I think the little girl is not with us any more. I think you are going to see an arrest soon (don't know when) and someone is going to claim it was an accident and they panicked. Don't even ask why I feel this way because I couldn't tell you. Just a feeling.
