On the subject of the text to the employer, I’m not convinced it’s an unlikely thing for someone to do (whether the actual employee or an imposter with a feasible plan). If a reliable employee with a good reputation texted their boss on a Sunday to say they were having some personal difficulties/health issues, really sorry, and would it be ok if they took a week off, that’s surely different from someone simply announcing they won’t be there for a week. LE would have paraphrased what was said. JMO.
If LE believed she sent those text messages, then there wouldn’t be an investigation like this going on.

They called her disappearance “suspicious,” and sure as hell appear to be treating this a lot like a homicide investigation.

What about video? It might be a combination of things. We don't know whether he provided LE with an alibi for some of those days that proved false.
It’s a fine line... strong enough to justify a search warrant, not strong enough for an arrest. And nothing after executing that search warrant leads to an arrest either.

Let me just say this....if she did just "walk away" she would have been seen by now by someone. The nation is looking for her and her picture is everywhere. This is what leads me to think that something happened beyond her control. Although there are very rare cases that someone could have been kidnapped and hidden, I know that. But there has been nothing but silence. Pure silence. Not a ping, text or call since November 25th.

Great point!

It's more than likely it was all said and done on the 22nd or 23rd. The text on the 25th is merely to buy time and give the "appearance" she was still with us. I'm sure it wasn't just her cell phone that went dark that day, probably her credit cards/debit cards too. If I'm not holed up in the house due to sickness or bad weather, I'm out spending money on something I need or buying gifts, whatever. She spoke to her mom about gifts I recall. But then disappears. No activity.

Or checking into social media. Calling or emailing work. Calling or texting friends. Etc.

Everything went dark. I'm positive of that. Until the 25th.

Of course the FBI and CBI have by this point scoured her phone and internet records for calls to Uber or a taxi, flight plans, every last friend and associate who appears in her social media or phone records, or email records, debit/credit/banking info., ATM withdrawals, dating apps, every last account she has for anything at all like online shopping or AirBNB, etc.

I have no doubt they've checked every rehab and hospital/facility in a tri-state area and requested info as to whether she is there.

They've gone up and down the highways, shown her photo, asked if they keep recordings, at every restaurant, gas station, truck stop, hotel/motel, etc.

And yet...

I’m speculating that something about those texts was used as “probable cause” in the sealed search warrant. Maybe not, but I can’t think of much else solid enough to convince a judge to sign off on it.

Perhaps GPS tracking that shows her phone went to PF's property the day she went missing? That would be pretty damning if he didn't include that in his narrative. From what I've read here, cell phone pinging a tower may not help as her residence and his may be covered by the same tower?

Right but it would most likely be a two way conversation.
From all indications we have so far it sounded like the text to the employer was a single one way statement to the employer that she would not be there the following week. I guess we dont know for sure what was in the text to the employer but we have no indication she conversed back and forth with them.

Most people needing a whole week off would know the employer would want to have a conversation about it.

Not sure, but for one it’s DOSS not Dose Aviation
A non native English speaker wrote that. Using an indefinite article with a collective noun is a common error. (A national attention).

Yikes! Stay clear of that place. It sounds like someone's typing fourth hand what someone's
friend of friend told them they saw on TV last night.
It sounds like someone who has English as a second language, or maybe a fifth (pun unintended)

Has anyone seen or heard anything at all about a father of PF?

its insane how many "new" profiles have come in here and immediately start defending PF and spreading unsubstantiated rumors about KB.

Obviously, we can't talk about unsubstantiated rumors---that is against the rules for good reason.

But on the other hand, I believe that when people try to tell you something, you ought to listen to what they are saying. The fact that they are new, that what's being said is rumor---all of that goes to the weight that you give the information. But IMO you can still consider the matter. (Individually, not on WS.) The sheer numbers of people who are conveying variations of the same thing may mean there is a well-organized, widespread conspiracy to spread false information....or it might mean that there is truth behind the information.
