I see what you're saying, but I'm having an issue with the 'kill, remove, dispose' thing because that would mean he had the baby with him the entire time, unless he went home, dropped off the baby (with a body) then went to ID. Ahhhh we need to hear from PF's mom! Guaranteed, the next time we hear from LE, this case will be solved. They know.
If he went home , dropped the baby and Came back to KB 's home, the neighbor saw him again either that same day or Another day to clean and disposed, all my opinion of course.

I don’t think that would matter. A kick or scratch will still do damage. Especially when fighting for your life. She doesn’t strike me as someone who wouldn’t fight.
A man can knock a small woman down with one not even very heavy punch. A few more delivered quickly and she would not have a chance for any fighting back.

You know what else is staring us right in the face? That the investigators turned his whole world inside out and didn’t arrest him.

Build a case and then arrest

Peter Thomas is always reliable.

I always imagined him narrating a case involving my murder.

Unfortunately, my dream died with him.

May he Rest In Peace.

Fortunately, your dream died with him: You ain’t gonna be murdered.

Depends on how deep the scratch is.
I doubt a 110-lb. woman could inflict much bruising on PF, though.
She was pretty petite. :(
Agree, our recent case in point with CW murdering SW:( and no injuries to him.

Just a thought.. the objects in brown paper may be mini blinds.
On further inspection of the photos, one looks like a large square item. There's also a photo of someone carrying two BAGS. And the bags are not full as the bottom of the bags are still folded. I had to blow the photo up to see what it was. They don't look heavy either based on the way he is carrying them.

Since KB just recently purchased her home, I wonder what, if anything, LE will have to do to show that any suspicious conditions (those things carried out in brown bags) were not present when she bought the home.

My hunch is that they're pulling flooring and/or drywall from various places in the house - basically anything where luminol showed a stain. Then they're going to DNA test those stains to see what is/is not relevant.

Bear in mind that she has an infant so there's a huge likelihood of baby stains. Further, if she or any previous resident had an indoor pet, that can produce a ton of stains on flooring. An unneutered male cat will often spray and stain drywall, etc.

Basically it might be a big fishing expedition, I've got 2 theories on why they may have chosen to do this now ratherr than earlier:

1. They recently encountered a tip or evidence that strongly suggests foul play occurred in the house.

2. Looming government shutdown may be threatening loss of access to FBI forensic/testing resources so they want to get this in before that happens.

It will be even worse to know Kelsey had been killed with the little one in the house at the time. I truly hope not.

It isn't clear what you mean by the first time (starting when?) and what you mean by the last time.

Are you talking about Kelsey? PF? Her brother? Her Mother? Police?
Better to be immortalized on Forensic Files, streaming endlessly, forevermore, into the minds of sad sap sickos, who can only fall asleep to the lullaby of PT's voice, than die like a boring person in a hospital.

And some smaller items (or pieces)...

I think he is kidding... like the magic 8 ball.... not sure tho...

(replying to the blood splatter - post)
Well, they did make this trip at night, as opposed to daytime, when luminol could be used.

Maybe use, say, her DNA?

SABBM

Darn right we do.
No matter who PF was living with... they'd be able to at least shed some light about his movements.
One would hope.

Like lab tests?

Maybe he did have the baby with him, God forbid, and a 14 month old might, maybe, be talking in 3 word sentences. Two of my 4 were talking 3 word sentences at 10 months. The other two were slower. My oldest son would say, when I got home from work, “Where you go?” Perhaps this child is being keep from CB for fear she will say something. Hope I am wrong!

Yep! He could have driven her car too...IDK

I'm assuming you mean when they did the welfare check? That was on December 2nd. Police were in the house after that but I don't know the exact dates.
I was thinking faster than I was typing. :/
Was wondering when after the 12/2 welfare check someone was in her home and what possibly could have happened in between those dates.

IIRC, the ten minutes in that article referred to the exposure time of one of the trials.... it'd be great to find a research paper with post-mortem times of less than 3 hours (although, thinking of the logistics of that, I can imagine it's pretty daunting).... If you're able to find some further research, we'd be grateful!
right?!?! I read a lot of death dogs (I'm just gonna go ahead and embrace that term) are trained off dead pigs. You'd almost need hospital/hospice access and approval to be able to train dogs on freshly deceased humans. IMO

I also saw a few sites stating you can donate your deceased body to dog training. How cool is that?? I might need to change my DL...
Leave your body to the dogs -- and save lives
