If she died in the house, I don’t think she would have been able to be removed quickly, unless PF did NOT do this. The baby would have most likely been there, adding to the stress of the situation. He would have had to get the baby into the car, get KB into the car, and clean up anything that could point to him. And likely in daylight. I do think she would have had to have been there long enough for dogs to sense. JMO though
Unless he beat her just short of death. (No hours long chemical trail of decomp for dogs to scent, by luck?)

Pile her into the tub and then come back that night to polish her off, clean up and removal to wherever she is now?

That wd effectively remove a lot of the issues you raised. But, ugh, who knows?

BBM.
There's no evidence that the police don't have the killer's truck on video. LE knows PF has multiple trucks and a car. They've spent hours searching through videos. There are surveillance cameras everywhere. Doorbell cameras are everywhere that are set off by moving objects above 30 pounds from 30 feet away. This guy and any accomplices are busted.
Yes, even if he came back to clean up and parked blocks away, there may be evidence of him on his walk to her house to do the housekeeping.

When you call to report an adult person missing the police don't just say ok, we'll get right on it. They say are you sure, where else could she be? Oh, look her fiance says she went to visit grandma, Brother and mom say no, grandma doesn't know anything about a visit. Police she told work she was going to be away. Are you sure she isn't just taking a break for a bit etc etc. Brother and mom don't buy this. Brother goes to check her house, tells police she didn't go off to take a break- her suitcases, clothes make up etc. It takes a bit to get police to act on an adult missing person esp when there are other indicators. So then police go to do a welfare check and like brother says- cars there, clothes make up, guess this is a missing person lets start looking- Dec2.
I think it went like this:
Dec 2 CB called LE to report KB missing
Dec 2 LE conducted "community caretaker search" and didn't find her at home.

Dec 3 Brother arrived. He looked in house, with LE asking him does anything look missing, etc.

My speculation only. jmo

There have been cases where someone was beaten just short of death and buried anyway.

She has given birth, so.... It actually might make sense...
Splatter on the walls and ceiling? Don't think so.

Let me ask everyone a question, if the intimate relationship between KB and PF is what it seems to be, if they were not really in one, is anyone able to consider that another person might be responsible for her disappearance? PF gets the child and goes on his way. KB had recently met someone and the two make plans for that evening. Maybe they agreed to have rolls at her place. When this person arrives, he says, let's go out and do something instead. Now the rolls are sitting on the counter, she ran out the door in a rush not expecting to go out that night. I would have to say, in the times we live in, it's possible for someone to meet someone online and not really know about them. I'm going to say this person was not someone KB knew that well but, he seemed nice enough. Is it possible she got involved with a crazy online dating person The plan for this person was always to do something harmful to whoever gave them the first opportunity. Maybe he wasn't from the area. I could imagine a scenario where KB had not been harmed but she was definitely taken against her will. This person decided to take her back to wherever he was from, which had them pass certain Idaho towns. She was forced to send the work text and then she managed to get her phone and turn it on just long enough for it ping off a tower somewhere. After that, who knows.
LE was given some info or they pieced something like this together and they are back at the condo trying to identify whoever it is. This at least explain why it seems they don't have video of anyone driving a certain vehicle near her home or in town. They wouldn't know what kind to look for. I think this is something that is pretty possible.

I think it is highly unlikely, but you keep going back to this.
1. If i wanted to believe this to be a possibility the very first thing is that PF lied and told the family that she went to visit grandma. there is no indication that he got this information from KB from the infamous text but that she told him on the 22.
2. he had no interest in finding her- not involved in press conference, distributing flyers, telling everyone this was out of character for her and she would never leave the baby she loved.
I could go on and on but I won't. If it walks like a duck and talks like a duck you better focus some of your investigation on the duck and it looks like they did and it is paying off. I am sure they looked at other people as well, just like we have seen in many other cases. But it came right back to the one closest to home

No. The digital forensics would have led investigators to the crazy online dating person. The evidence points toward PF.

Wow! That's quite an imagination you have there. But yeah, it could have happened like that.

He may have killed her there in the home and removed her body and disposed of it in ID as well as her cellphone. A thought came to me, more of my crazy speculation. Perhaps when they broke up she told him she was moving back to Idaho with the baby. Maybe in his sick mind that’s where he took her. JMO. Crazy speculation.

I think he dumped her in Wisconsin close to the border and drove further to make the calls and destroy the phone. His mind is sick but not that sick. I wonder where her purse is.

She might have said to him, just in exasperation, I am done, I am tired, exhausted, it's a long drive each way, every day, I am thinking of moving away from Colorado, to Soap Lake to live with the grandma and I am taking baby K, too. Then he flipped out and killed her - over the baby, it's the baby he's attached to. He later told a "similar" story - that she went to Soap Lake to visit her grandma. Usually there is a piece of truth in every lie, and I think this is where Soap Lake as her 'destination' came from. Kelsey did mention it, and he stuck to that story.

It is a combination of hurt male ego (I think his feeling towards Kelsey was a mixture of attraction and hatred) and true attachment to the child with whom he spent a lot of time and bonded.

Keep in mind that KB's brother was in her home on December 2nd. If there was anything "obvious" at that time, he would have noticed it. Whatever led LE back to KB's home has to be something that was not obvious initially. Something made them decide to test areas and items in her home. Is it possible that the things found at the dump came from her home and not from PF's? Could that be just another piece of the puzzle that is starting to bring an entire picture into focus? Could there be links to photos that showed certain items once belonging to Kelsey that mysteriously made their way to waste management via PF? Just theorizing..
Or alot of empty bottles of cleaning products

Not the ones I saw in the story by Carol McKinley linked above.

Compare them to the kitchen cabinet doors in the Zillow house listing, and you'll see the beveled parts.
Yeah, I don't see them as cabinet doors.

I was not suggesting it was on the walls or ceiling.. I was replying to a specific post. I am sure they removed more than just the ceiling and walls....

So I will say something that has been on my mind. This may be accused of being judge mental or harsh, and yes there is no evidence of this, but just want to share my thoughts

I have had concerns since I realized that she was training Air Force students. When I went out there for work several times, there were quite a few students who were...overly entitled...and extremely flirty. It got to the point where I wore fake wedding bands when I traveled there, because it made me uncomfortable. KB is more attractive than I am for sure, she’s young too, and I just wonder if she dealt with that. From what I experienced, it was more than just normal flirting. It was entitlement and it was very hard to get them to take no for an answer. It’s just a thought that I can’t shake, and maybe it’s just a personal trigger for me, but I do hope they look into people that she may have come across at work, especially since the text went to her boyfriend and then to work. I realize I probably just came across a bad group of guys and the population as a whole isn’t like that, but I thought it was worth saying

CBI, other agencies search Kelsey Berreth’s home a 2nd time

90

WOODLAND PARK, Colo. – Kelsey Berreth has not been seen for nearly a month. On Thursday evening, investigators from multiple law enforcement agencies returned to her home once again hoping find new leads into her mysterious disappearance.

Investigators with the Colorado Bureau of Investigation, the Woodland Park Police Department and the FBI were spotted at Berreth’s home just before 7 p.m. going in and out of the residence.

Denver7 photojournalist James Dougherty tweeted he heard banging coming from the inside as investigators searched her home.

While Young did not reveal what led them to Berreth’s home Thursday evening, he said investigators are continuing to make progress with “multiple investigative leads in this case.”

Such leads involved large pieces of evidence taken from the woman’s home, as witnessed by Dougherty, who said investigators brought large brown bags from inside the residence. At one point, the local fire department even brought a ladder inside.
