If she had filed something before, I can't imagine why it would not have been discovered long ago. Maybe they are getting their information from other sources who got it wrong. Imo

That's what I think too. They have to have a hearing to establish who will have legal guardianship of the baby since mom is presumed deceased and dad is incarcerated. It was probably filed the day of or the day after his arrest.

I'm looking up Gooding ID on Maps. What's there? Population 3k, en route to nowhere, 12 miles north off highway 84; Twin Falls, pop 49k, makes more sense as a stop-over...Why Gooding? There is a municipal airport. I can't see any reason for KB's phone to be there, other than a diversion. But why Gooding?
Twin Falls/Twin Falls County LE have issued the search warrants; Gooding is not in TF county.
If "items of evidence" from TF include phone, purse, contents of purse, why go to Gooding to send those texts?
AND, would the solicitation charge include the following scenario:
PF asks someone to take the phone & purse up to Idaho, send texts (on hiscue), and dispose?
Someone please just put me out of my misery.

Maybe less camera surveillance in the smaller town. Maybe the airport as a red herring to Kelsey possible flying there somehow, since her vehicles were left at home. jmo, of course. Speculating along with you.

I wish Bobby Hosmer clarified whether those frequent conversations about PF continued AFTER she first started working there!

She may not have had that Springs Aviation job very long. Perhaps he could only speak to when she worked there in 2016. She would have been pregnant by Jan 2017. Baby K was born in Oct 2017. Info from other female pilots/flight instructors posting here said she might have worked until she got around 7 months at most. She could have had to stop flying when her preggo belly made it difficult to work the controls. My speculation has been that she may had gotten the coffee shop job in between Aviation jobs while she was pregnant. I don't think we know when she started working at Doss Aviation in Pueblo.

I just checked. It said she "appears to have a court hearing scheduled for Thursday," so I think it's just misleading. Apparently it "appears" that way to them.

My guess all along has been that the perpetrator had business in the area and took the opportunity to dispose of evidence while conducting business nearby. MOO.

I agree. LE had to have convincing evidence to make an arrest. They didn't, and still don't have a body. But they may have a snitch, as well as other strong evidence from the searches at PF and KB's residences. MOO

They met on the internet. I wonder who contacted who first. Did PF search for someone who lived in another state because he wasn't searching for a more serious relationship? Was he blown away when she decided to move to Colorado? Did he feel trapped from the get-go?

Maybe that is how he felt all along and just didn't have the nerve to tell her. Maybe he doesn't like confrontations and felt the pressure building up and the only way out of it in his mind was to get rid of her. Which is pretty much the way Chris Watts felt before he murdered his wife and kids. Imo

Yes, I'm pretty sure we can rule out someone with good morals. It may not have even been a person he knew very well, just someone that someone else knew who was willing to do it for the money. Or whatever may been offered. Imo

That would be one way to try and get a friend of such morals (my bad) and not be reported.
