The "right to die" law was recently passed in Colorado but I have read it is very difficult to have it happen. I can't see where a retired nurse or any nurse at all could get their hands on the drugs legally. Must be signed off by many doctors and most do not want to have anything to do with it. That being said, there are many ways to obtain life ending drugs illegally these days in our country.

Yes! I think you are correct on the time of the phone ping! I don't think we know what time the texts to KB's work and to PF were sent. If it was at the same time of the ping or earlier in the day.

Since the arrest warrant is sealed due to the fact that unsealing it may put someone or some others at risk of harm, tells me there is some dangerous dude out there that has a stake in all this. Maybe this is the hold up to further arrest/arrests. They haven't located him yet.

Something about the Frazee family feels off to me, and has since the beginning. There is definitely something deeper going on that we are not privvy to. Alarms bells have been going off, and I wait for something sincere and compassionate to be coming from that side and there is nothing. Just more confusing behavior that makes me beleive there is something disturbing there. Something deeper. IMO

I think the texts were a few hours earlier but I am going by my memory of what I read. So I'm not sure. It was all in one article that I read several days ago! Maybe someone will find it.

I read that police removed large things, like sheetrock, although that word was not used. I wondered if there was evidence on the walls that someone had been tossed around, or maybe there was evidence on countertops. Just thinking out loud.

One of the drugs that they use pre-euthanasia gives a feeling of euphoria. I researched it when I was having to have one of my pets put to sleep. Because of that, it is often stolen and highly regulated. I would hope he does not have access to drugs like that one or any euthanasia type drugs. If he does, I bet his access is not legal.

I agree. IMO they took out chunks of drywall, countertops and perhaps part of the shower drain. It has not been confirmed, but from the photos and discussion, this could be the evidence that put the nail in his coffin. Even if he painted over, they have the technology that could reveal evidence. They have spent a lot of time at her townhouse removing things.

Whatever LE has leads me to believe that PF may have actually acted alone in the end but he did reach out to someone or more than one person to assist with killing Kelsey.

I wonder about the family Thanksgiving plans and if Kelsey was even invited, maybe she was hopeful that she would be included but really was left out. PF may have stopped by to pick the baby up and that was when it all went down...I just have a feeling that Thanksgiving Day plans are what caused this to spiral out of control. JMO

They look real to me, no studio backdrop. We had a beautiful fall, and CB is wearing a jacket. Totally natural setting.

Forgive me if I'm a little slow on the uptake. I just finished 3 days with my 7 year old twin grandsons and I fear they've passed on their cold. I'm fried Why would his brother be named in the arrest warrant and what about PF's arrest would put him in any danger?

A question for one of the lawyers here would be if giving out KBs schedule, key, etc. would be enough for the solicitation of murder charge. If it would, I would not rule out him asking a friend or family member vs a professional.

Not without additional context, but in the context of "I need you to kill her AND here's her key", then yes.

One more thing....and apology if this has been discussed before, but can someone clarify for me if CB said when she talked to KB on Thanksgiving morning (recipe discussion, etc) did CB specifically state that PF was going to picking up Baby K that day, or are we only going on PF saying he last saw KB when he picked up Baby K? I'm trying to figure out if PF having the baby was a known plan, or he just took her. TIA.

Looking at the footage from two interviews and a press conference, CB doesn’t say anything about that. The reporters say it, and I think it’s from a press release.

The closest she comes to talking about KB’s plans for later that day is, “There was the possibility of going out to dinner.”

That phrase has been bugging me. Did KB confide PF had been non-comittal about holiday plans. Or did she say that because she didn’t want to admit yet that the relationship was making her sad. Or was she going out with, say, colleagues as she wasn’t welcome at/didn’t want to go to The Ranch.

I might be reading too much into his reaction but it was pause enough for me. I agree with pp that they’ll use his “love” for her to see if they can get him to speak, though I’m sure his atty and his brother were firm in conveying the importance of his right to remain silent.
