The "right to die" law was recently passed in Colorado but I have read it is very difficult to have it happen. I can't see where a retired nurse or any nurse at all could get their hands on the drugs legally. Must be signed off by many doctors and most do not want to have anything to do with it. That being said, there are many ways to obtain life ending drugs illegally these days in our country. The actual crime was considered violent but he may have been soliciting help to avoid a violent death, if you know what I mean. I'm just throwing that out there. Are "right to die" drugs legal in Colorado and Idaho, do you know?
