“Sol” would mean solicitation (probably).

I truly don’t believe we should read much into this document.

We’re going to have a much better picture in about 12 hours.

I agree. The picture will be a bit clearer tomorrow after the hearing.

Though I do question why it says "status vacated" about the hearing tomorrow on the document. I'm really hoping I just don't understand what that means.

I’m going to avoid being graphic, but it’d be very difficult to
carry a corpse on horseback. It’s not as easy as it looks on Gunsmoke, IMO.
Not to mention, there is always the possibility of running into someone. No matter where we are.
MOO

Yeah - I can't imagine that would be very efficient.

The sol is solicitation.
Hey thanks! As a middle school teacher, all I could come up with was the naughty version of S.O.L.... :p

ETA: not to imply that solicitation isn't hellishly naughty:(...

Well that would work too.

He is.

Haha I was also thinking that. Either way I think it applies.

My goodness.. Starting to think he asked a couple people, maybe even discussed via texts and someone turned him in when they saw she was gone... so that would make sense for all the charges- and murder, hiding body, isn’t dismembering an additional offense.. this is just getting worse by the minute.

Geeze, hate to think he was throwing back beer with the ‘boys & tried to recruit a posse. MOO

I actually think that I read that comment now that you mention it. That makes sense!
Good.

That would explain the fact that not a single media outlet has referenced this document.

It doesn’t change anything.
Tell me please, is this believable or are some of you having fun with fake news?

I could only think of statute of limitations

This reminds me- wasn’t there documents that were filed to delay things because evidence wasn’t in as quickly as anticipated? I thought the prosecutors filed to keep documents sealed because of this. Will this mean we don’t get as much information tomorrow? Could it also relate to the “status vacated”?

The document is real, but it likely doesn’t shed any new light on the charges he’s facing.

I’m waiting until tomorrow.

Yeah.. remember criminals are not very smart some times. He could have been drinking at a bar he may frequent in the area in a small town and the wrong person over heard but knew him and the one he was talking to.. then ran to the cops.. perhaps a few people in the town knew he hated her... and how talked he about her scared them.. I think people are talking in that small town.

The document is genuine. Whether those are the final charges (and what exactly they - or the date - mean) or not is still up in the air.

Deleted. Already answered.

Really. It matters none if she followed any religion, consumed alcohol, wore jewelry, played lotto, baked cin’ rolls, or.......
None of these things are against the law. Nor reasons to go missing or be murdered.

If she was murdered in her home, how dumb of him. I’d think someone so familiar with the great outdoors might have coerced her to accompany him for a sight seeing drive. To a remote area. There’s a lot of potential for “accidents” off the beaten path, w/o leaving trace evidence. Jmo

Like in Laura Wallen's case.
The creep enticed her outdoors, to a remote area and then killed her.
Idiot came up with various scenarios, then committed suicide just prior to the trial.
MOO.

Thank you. Sad to see but I'm glad the wheels of justice are turning!

Is it going to a GJ instead? That’s what status vacated means in my state. I’m not in CO. MOO

They will turn very slowly here.

I fully expect this case to go on for a couple years.

I am going to assume MSM includes Nancy Grace, I was just listening to her webcast and interviews with other judicial experts and she reported that police were watching PF and the two men who were with him at the dump through binoculars. I don't think it doesn't mean that the dump workers didn't report him to LE but it just shows the degree he was under surveillance.
