An attempted robbery!? So it doesn’t sound like he did the actual killing... an accomplice tried to stage a robbery and killed her??

I am so confused by that tweet. Why would she be missing? It makes no sense. A robbery gone wrong or staged robbery gone wrong would have had a body.

Attempted robbery?

1st degree murder is basically premeditated, deliberated and intentional. Felony murder is when someone other than a participant dies during the course of some other crime like robbery. It does not speak well of their theory of the crime that they cannot pick one?

What the heck? he really did think he was smarter than everyone else. But if it was set up as an attempted robbery why did it look like nothing was stolen or removed when the brother went there? Since when do "robbers" attempt to cover up the scene? Having trouble buying this, is it only coming from one reporter?

It’s really too bad we can’t watch. The reporting on this case has been horrible so who knows if we’ll get the correct information.

Wish I could like this a million times. We’re relying on people who have gotten basic facts wrong about this case in the past.

Will we be getting to see the actual documents or just these people’s versions of what they heard in court? Can’t wait for all the news to conflict lol

I don't think his other interest was the motive. Rejection by KB and sole custody of baby K most likely.

SusiQ knows her sh*t! If narc label fits PF, and Kelsey rejected him, his motive may be as simple as NARCISSISTIC INJURY. (Read up if curious folks).
