According to statement released by PF attorney today, he only had an hour notice about the presser. I disagree with his attorney. MOO
It is true. Law enforcement did not announce the time or place of the press conference until 1 hour before it began.

In case anyone is wondering, birth certificates are not public information in CO. You have to prove a relationship in order to obtain one
CER Birth Eligibility.pdf
KB parents may be able to order one. I would want to if I wasn't allowed to see the baby. If he is not named, he has to prove paternity in Court according to the law firm I quoted upthread.

It doesn’t jibe with that press conference though.

If they didn’t suspect him they wouldn’t have turned up the heat on him.

That was intentional.

Well that's why my post said I doubt it :p

He sure could clear that (what she txted and said) up a bit... wonder why he hasn't.
The police may have told him not to reveal it too.

Kelsey's saved quotes on her Pinterest account are very telling.

If I were a father of a child and the mother had up and disappeared and I don't know if she's dead or abducted or just hiding, I'm not going to let the child out of my sight. For all he knows, KB could show up at any minute, grab the child, and run.
It's possible but not probable.

Missing Mom: Attorney For Fiancé Of Kelsey Berreth Releases Statement

PF lawyer statement
On Wednesday, the office of Jeremy Loew released the following statement on behalf of Frazee:

“Patrick Frazee continues to cooperate with law enforcement in the missing person investigation of Kelsey Berreth. Mr. Frazee’s cooperation includes interviews with law enforcement, voluntarily releasing his phone to be searched by law enforcement, buccal [swabs], and photographs. Much has been said over the news and social media about Mr. Frazee’s absence at the local new conference recently held by the Woodland Park Police Department on December 10, 2018. Mr. Frazee was first notified of the press conference approximately an hour prior to its commencement. Had he been given more advance notice, he would have participated. Mr. Frazee hopes and prays for Ms. Berreth’s return. Mr. Frazee will continue to cooperate with law enforcement and continue to parent the child he shares with Ms. Berreth. He will not speak to the media about this case, as he does not want to impede law enforcement’s investigation. All calls regarding this investigation should be directed to the Woodland Park Police Department and the Colorado Bureau of Investigations.”

Police are labeling this a missing person’s case and say there are no suspects at this time.

I'm pretty sure the time was announced earlier than an hour before because I had an Alexa reminder set. I just don't have time to find it.

Either way though, if he was truly interested in attending he would have picked up the phone and found out. MOO
I have no doubt PF watched it. JMO

It is true. Law enforcement did not announce the time or place of the press conference until 1 hour before it began.
But they did announce the date of the press conference 24 hours before it was held.

I don’t buy that he didn’t attend because he didn’t know about it, because he never made a public plea before that.

He also didn’t report her missing.

There’s also no way that LE wouldn’t have told him about the date and time.

I can’t believe that he didn’t know.

Do we know what kind of attorney options are available in Woodland Park and Floirassant? Is it possible the attorney that made a statement for PF is one of the only options available to him? Or the only option avaliable at that time? Or could PF and this attorney already know each other personally or professionally and this particular attorney is helping him out?

jmo
His criminal defense attorney is in Colorado Springs.

I'm just curious what stopped him from attending? How about asking for another 20 minutes if he needed it. Or, show up late with apologies. Or....just get there on short notice.

For pete's sake, show up.

Just my opinion

The announcement for the press conference time and place did not come out until an hour before. On the Police FB page they posted the announcement of the time and place at 1:14pm Mountain time for the 2:00pm Mountain time press conference.

Occam's razor
I agree. As I've said numerous times, I think the most likely scenario is foul play at the hands of someone close to her. But until we have more information, I think everyone is obligated to consider other alternatives...Mollie T. was accosted by a barely known acquaintance, Toni A. turned out to have taken a wrong turn down a ramp into a lake, authorities found a woman who pretended to be abducted at Disney World. :)

Also, 8 hours is a long way to drive to make it look like someone used their cell from far away too...so there's still a chance she's out there on her own accord.

So even though I agree with you about the most likely scenario, I'm going to ask all the questions, and keep option open, until there's enough evidence to call it.

If any killer does another interview after seeing C.Watts throw himself in front of a train... they need to be slapped repeatedly (or just give up).

Perhaps this is the very reason fiance is not doing them...IMO

There’s absolutely nothing wrong with that thought process.

Focus on what is probable, but keep an open mind in regards to other plausible scenarios.

Someone else was talking about the cinnamon rolls being there. I haven't seen that.
