LOL. I am probably the most conservative legal person in America and really, do you need legal experts to tell you this? You do have the right to know your arrest warrant in full. It is America and unless this is some national threat unknown to us.

I am not going to judge the nurse from Idaho until I know more. It is possible that she went to the police 2 weeks ago, not the police coming to her. Although the search warrants may suggest the latter.

While I know nothing of this person, it is likely she would not do anything this immoral or illegal in her lifetime, had she not crossed paths with PF. Not an excuse for her actions or apparent lack of moral compass, just an opinion on human behavior.

Even if she does not get prosecuted, this will be a hard thing for her to live with.

In my state, the custodial parent can move w/o permission from the non-custodial parent, but they advise the court. Usually, IMO, visitation consists of extended periods of time during summer break & Xmas, the custodial parent generally absorbing transportation costs. Would it not be a hardship for a parent if he/she got a mandatory relocation from their employer, maybe even resulting in termination, if the parent/employee was not “allowed” to move?

From my experience in CA, there is not often “primary custodial parents” any longer unless either 1) a parent doesn’t want custody or 2) parent 1 can prove to the court parent 2 is unfit.

However, if both parents want custody, than most custody cases now are now 50/50 split between parents - no primary person named. Therefore parent 1 CANNOT simply decide to move with the child unless parent 1 will still be able to get the child to parent 2 for their 50% allotted time. Most people I know either alternate weeks or do a partial week with parent 1 and partial week with parent 2.

This is all much different then how it was years ago when a mom tended to get primary custody and a dad received visitation. Things have changed to make Dad’s having equal parenting rights as the Mom....at least in CA. MOO

This jibes with the online rumors we have been hearing for days.

Money might be the motive and it might be a lot simpler. He meets women on these online dating sites, he moves them down to where he is, they live with him for a while. He strings them along, they help him out financially, then when they realize it's not going anywhere they leave and he moves on to the next woman. Kind of like a revolving sugar mama. I'd wonder how much Kelsey helped him out financially and maybe he had her killed because she wouldn't leave like the others before her did.

I guess if there are other women involved with PF, they will now be speaking to LE.
If PF benefited from women financially in this way, surely this would have been talked about.
Past women would have friends that they discussed this with.

Criminals are dumb. Tunnel vision because everything is over powered by hate. He also may have know this woman for a long time and with his manipulative ways created some accident scenario, and some women are dumb enough to help someone in that situation. Who knows..

She bought her townhouse in May, her parents immediately bought it from her - according to property records - either as a gift or KB would make payments to them. He started soliciting in September - four months later.
I don’t know how long those properties last on the market, but I’m betting they sell quickly and even if they didn’t - her home would be easily rented out. She rented one before buying that one.
I’m not saying the relationship had not already ended - I’m just curious as to WHY her mother believed it to be a “loving” relationship?
By all accounts KB was very close to her mother. Did her mother lie for the police?

I’d love to hear the whole truth and nothing but the truth.

K’s mom may have had what she perceived as a “close” relationship with K. She only knew what K told her. I have difficult time thinking an adult woman would share “everything” with her mom. I think K would want her mom to believe all was well, not worry her, not want her advice or be told what she should do, etc. jmo

Yea. She physically transported the phone. Knowingly or not. I have no doubt of that.

He could have put the phone in her bag and left it on though. Then used an app to send the texts from his own phone. It would still ping in Idaho.

It didn't ping along the way though right? It only did once it was IN Idaho. She had to have had it and turned it on, and sent the texts, as directed by PF. I'm not going to make excuses for her. I think she knew what was going on and now she's cooperating to be spared in some way. Otherwise she would have been majorly set up and I'm not seeing the intelligence on PF's part for being technically savvy. jmo

Nurses, doctors, mechanics, cowboys, priests, bus & taxi drivers & police officers, are not immune from murdering someone. Nor is a person from any other occupation.
