I hope that later on today, PF sits down with his defense team, and finally realizes the gravity of his situation.

I’ll bet that he won’t be feeling so smart then.

:p:D:eek:
HAHAHA, be careful what you wish for. He wanted that arrest affidavit now he's gonna KNOW what THEY KNOW. Good Times in the ole' Frazee cell block tonight.

I don’t think PF could come close to Jodi Arias’ appearance and faux demeanor, but I agree, he’s already started his appearance of innocence IMHO. I love the description of ‘lost little boy’ from Gitana1 ...

Listening to the Prosecution, it does seem there is still a lot going on in the way of leads and interviews, which should scare the daylights out of PF, wondering who is spilling what!

I’m very curious to know if any of PF’s family or friends were involved in the crime or coverup. So far, it looks like his possible longtime friend from Idaho is involved in some way ... maybe we’ll learn more about that real soon.

If he sees what he's facing written down, maybe (just maybe) he'll talk. On second thought, I doubt it. He's probably thinking of a way to hang someone else out to dry.

While it’s going to be a longer wait for us than we had thought (by only a few weeks from the Jan 29th date to the TBD date in Feb ....although an eternity for us here at WS) after just reading Judge SS’s education/credentials/etc ( Scott Sells - Ballotpedia) and once LE has had a chance to do the follow up on leads etc, and the PD has the time they need to prepare their case, and the DA has the time to prepare theirs’ as well.....when this case finally does get out of the starting gate it’s going to be well prepared by all sides and a very interesting one at that. Colorado’s 4th judicial district obviously sees its’ share of criminals/cases every district in this country sees but this one is different! The spotlight of the nation/world is suddenly on them... I have complete confidence there will be justice for KB.

Bwahahaha! I wish! :p

Updated Docket:
2/7/19 8:30 AM 1H FRAZEE, PATRICK Pre-Trial Conference D602018JV26 Teller County DIV 11 - TELLER DISTRICT COURT

2/19/19 9:00 AM 1D FRAZEE, PATRICK Preliminary Hearing D602018CR330 Teller County DIV 11 - TELLER DISTRICT COURT

Colorado Judicial Branch - Court Docket Search

I wonder if this will cause the next court date for custody to also be pushed back? I thought they pushed it to be after the preliminary hearing so they could have all information available to make a decision.

I don’t think he’ll ever talk, and imagine that he’ll fight this to the bitter end.

He really has nothing to lose by playing it this way, and I don’t think it’s in his makeup to fess up to what everyone else will come to know.

That he’s a cold blooded killer.

He is trying to walk and behave like he is nothing but a little baby boy who misses his mommy. His face and keeping his head down makes him look like a little baby in a big scary world being harassed by evil reporters.

I don't see him talking...ever.

That has to be a typo, right?
Haaa yes. It’s definitely a typo.

He was doing what reporters do, and trying to disseminate information as fast as possible.

Inaccurately, in this case.

Well he will need support in the penitentiary.

This reporter is getting ahead of himself though.
I'm already Googling "Prison Rodeos."

Penitentiary support is shown below.

Haughty and smug came to my mind, especially when he was ignoring the reporters and closing/chaining the gate while saying...nothing. And the time he told the media to basically get off "his" private property. Perhaps reality is setting in that he may not get away with what he originally thought was a super plan. jmo

It will be great to hear PF talking to his Defence, now that the Arrest Warrants are available.
I wouldn't think now, he'll ignore any questions by the Judge.
His 'great' plan has been uncovered, and now his skin is on the line.
We'll probably see Mr Nice Guy, a part he is good at playing in the past.
MOO.

Great points and info on the Judge. I have even more confidence in the State's case than I did last week, even though I've never doubted them.

He won’t try to shift blame, as he would have to talk in order to do that. Imo he is never saying a word, except for “not guilty” in court,

The court minute says, "...parties still waiting to review discovery in criminal case before proceeding further..." It sounds like the custody hearing will need to be pushed back to me. Good question for @gitana1 or @PrairieWind.

I hope so and I believe it will.

I’m going to head to bed, but before I do, I’m going to leave you all with the only statement PF has made so far (that I’ve heard about) expressing his feelings about the horrible time his daughter’s mother was missing. This is a quote that appeared on CNN as relayed by his friend Tamra Freeman;

“Freeman stated Frazee told her he felt “railroaded” by police, who he claimed seemed to be focused only on him.”

Oh, the horror. How terrible. Poor, poor, Patrick, the real victim in this situation.

(Do I need a sarcasm advisory here?) MOO Night Everyone.Hopefullyhelpful

Imagine how PF's friend feels now that this info is available.
Plus all PF's other friends, putting their conflicting PF's accounts into place.
They all now know, PF was a great liar, who turns out to be a murderer.
MOO.

I feel for them. Anyone can be tricked by a person...Kelsey was, and yet she likely considered her a decent judge of people, as most of us do.

Lol, I think LA used to have them. Never heard of any in CO.

Levity aside, I wonder when a defendant realizes he’s not getting away with his crime? Maybe not until the pretrial process?
Maybe an attorney will weigh in, I’m curious when the DA/defendant start discussing plea deals.
