He is trying to walk and behave like he is nothing but a little baby boy who misses his mommy. His face and keeping his head down makes him look like a little baby in a big scary world being harassed by evil reporters.
So sad and forlorn...

HAHAHA, be careful what you wish for. He wanted that arrest affidavit now he's gonna KNOW what THEY KNOW. Good Times in the ole' Frazee cell block tonight.

Or know what LE knew at the time of PF’s arrest.

I feel for them. Anyone can be tricked by a person...Kelsey was, and yet she likely considered her a decent judge of people, as most of us do.
If he truly suffers from narcissistic personality disorder, which his comment of basically "poor me, I'm being looked at as a suspect" instead of showing empathy, sympathy, CONCERN that Kelsey was missing certainly could indicate, then he is also good at turning on the charm. No one can be blamed for falling for this, and he will likely never show empathy or remorse. jmo

Lol, I think LA used to have them. Never heard of any in CO.

Levity aside, I wonder when a defendant realizes he’s not getting away with his crime? Maybe not until the pretrial process?
Maybe an attorney will weigh in, I’m curious when the DA/defendant start discussing plea deals.
I've seen prison rodeos on TV and youtube. It might be a CA and Southwest phenomena. Prisoners make crafts too. I bought an arrow made by a prisoner.

[QUOTE
I think most cases are pretty straightforward in the end, when we often try to make it complex, but this case has some unexplained twists. I just don’t see someone traveling with KB’s phone, knowing she was deceased. That act makes them a target for LE. It makes me wonder if he lied to the person with the phone saying KB just needs to get away/disappear and gave some believable story and asked if she would help them. Maybe PF didn’t “think” it would ever be reported as a murder. Maybe PF has some information the girl doesn’t want revealed so she agreed. I’m just not understanding who would willingly agree to this, unless involved. I’m not saying she’s involved. Just throwing some theories out there. Bless KBs family, especially her baby girl and mama. ETA: IMO
Sincerely,
][/QUOTE]

I certainly hope IN does not read your post.
It could be an innocent explanation why she took the phone etc (if this occurred).
Could this be believed?o_O
MOO.

So sad and forlorn...

...because he feels he’s been done wrong.

It gives me a migraine to think why these guys think their plan will work, when most do not. Why do they think their plan is “the one”? Then, they make the stupidest mistakes, right out of the gate. IMO, if one is dead set on murdering his SO, it’s prob’ best to not share said intentions.

Prosecutors in Kelsey Berreth murder case say evidence set for testing is no longer critical to the investigation
Prosecutors in the murder case against Patrick Frazee have agreed to unseal the arrest affidavit and share it with the defendant and his lawyers, but it will not be released to the public.

In the courtroom, which was closed to cameras, prosecutors reportedly said that a small amount of evidence previously believed to be significant was no longer considered critical to the investigation. It is not known what type of evidence was being considered for consumptive testing, which reportedly would have destroyed the evidence given its small size.

According to the KOAA reporter, a judge will rule on testing the evidence at an upcoming pre-trial hearing, originally scheduled for January 29, but Frazee’s defense has reportedly asked to delay the hearing until mid-February.
Do you think Kelsey's parents will be able to hear this?

I suspect he's used that lost little boy look on many occasions with his family.
Absolutely agree.

And there have been some who are protected by family no matter what they do -- much to the person's own detriment.
Do not know if this is what happened here..... but if it looks and quacks like a duck...

This comes from the previous thread that closed before I could reply, and it concerns whether or not PF possibly gave LE an alternate phone to investigate/search through, instead of his main cell phone:

"Agree, all along I've suspected this.
I found an old listing of his name on a list of farriers certified to
trim/shoe horses using a well known style. He listed his phone
number which is a land line at his mother's home.

I found this odd, as all my farriers have given clients their
cell phone #'s so they can have immediate access. Farriers'
income can be affected by clients having quick and efficient
access. Nothing worse than having your horse throw or bend
a shoe and your farrier is unreachable. I found this unprofessional.

While I agree that it's possible PF gave LE another phone instead of one he mainly uses, and I agree that not being able to reach your farrier when you need them stinks, IMO it's possible that he lives/works in areas with poor/no cell reception, and would therefore need a landline to keep in touch with clients.

I remember seeing this original post and meant to reply but must have forgot about it.
Anyway cell phone coverage up in the area's that PF would work in has VERY spotty cell phone coverage. Verizon probably works the best but if you are behind a mountain nothing usually works.
The landline actually would be the smart number to give as it will always work and messages can be left. He probably did leave his cell phone number with clients but chances are depending where he was when they called or who is carrier is they can be useless up there at times.
I actually had a farrier that always had me call his house phone because he did not trust cells....lol He was oldschool.
I would talk to his wife and if no one answered leave a message and he would always get back to me.
So I did not find that odd at all.

IMO from his demeanor and from watching past trials with people like him is that he is the type that will always plead not guilty even as the sentence is being handed down because towards the end of the trial where defeat is a sure thing then these type of people immediately shift focus to "Appeals" (like Jodi Arias is trying to do now). They keep their fantasy Appeals hopes alive thinking that they will be able to miraculously get their case thrown out due to some technicality.

Hopefully LE dots their I's and crosses their T's throughout this trial as I am sure him and his defense team is already looking for a way out of this.

Yessss. Swift justice. Get the case closed & send him away, to begin his new horseless life, if he is in fact guilty.
Don’t re-victimize K’s family with a dirty trial. Moo

If PF has known the ID nurse for a long time, is it possible she didn't want to have kids or was unable to have kids but Patrick wanted them?

He could have gone on the dating site looking for a "broodmare" who was willing to move to Florissant. (I'm saying that is how he could have been thinking. I'm not using that term as a description of KB).

I agree. Once a defendant knows the evidence, I do think most are inclined to accept a plea. Especially in DP or LWOP cases. Jmo

Yes, doesn't Georgia have a 'prison rodeo', one that allows the public to attend as well ?
Actually, the LA rodeo in Angola.

I wish. We all wish.

This ain’t the Watts case, and I don’t see a plea deal coming.

He isn’t going to give them Kelsey’s body, as I don’t see the prosecution making it worth his while.

He’s looking at a life sentence either way, and drawing this process out, won’t be a big deal to him.

If he could kill an innocent woman, he isn’t likely to care about doing the right thing now.

Sadly this kind of posturing like he's doing has a history of working. I just hope people remember the glare at the media when he locked his gate, the fact that he never put up a single missing poster either around town or on social media and his entire behavior has been self protection instead of showing empathy or concern for the mother of his child and fiance.

An innocent woman who is the mother of his child.
