Tysm. You ever have a client eager to avoid trial, just get it over with & advise you he wishes to plead guilty?
Oh yes. Not uncommon at all.

Could someone summarize what we are allowed to know about IN?
You’re allowed to “know” anything. You just can’t post about it
Just to clarify because one of the mods clarified this for me: even if MSM states the name of the nurse, we are still not allowed to use her name until or unless she's been arrested or named as a POI.
I remember the same rule on the pig farmer in the Tibbetts case.
@Mom24 should that happen, are links to the MSM report allowed?

From what I understand links are allowed now, but if her name is in it, we need to abbreviate it. I remember with the pig farmer we used PF for his name in articles if we quoted something that had his name in it. But it might be good to get clarification from a mod.

I remember seeing this original post and meant to reply but must have forgot about it.
Anyway cell phone coverage up in the area's that PF would work in has VERY spotty cell phone coverage. Verizon probably works the best but if you are behind a mountain nothing usually works.
The landline actually would be the smart number to give as it will always work and messages can be left. He probably did leave his cell phone number with clients but chances are depending where he was when they called or who is carrier is they can be useless up there at times.
I actually had a farrier that always had me call his house phone because he did not trust cells....lol He was oldschool.
I would talk to his wife and if no one answered leave a message and he would always get back to me.
So I did not find that odd at all.

The variability/reliability of cell phone coverage concerns me in this case because it sounds like there are vast areas without coverage. If that's the case, it seems like LE would have more difficulty tracking PFs (or any others involved) movements. I hope I'm wrong, but after reading other (local) posters' input, I'm afraid PF used the area's remoteness to his advantage and put KB somewhere (i.e. mineshaft) hard to find, IMO. I would love to be wrong. I hope KB will be found and her family will have justice, closure, and some semblance of peace.

So I wasn’t online for a few hours, I came back worried I missed a ton of things...and basically we got nothing today :(

I do hope that if evidence of his guilt begins to stack up and there is little hope of him getting off that he may consider a plea deal. I think he is still banking on being able to get off on reasonable doubt and won't even consider a plea until all hope is lost. MOO
I am praying that LE or the FBI find her body so that he can't plea.

im not buying PF wanted kids.
this guy lives at home sponging off his mother, has a girl in every cow town just doesn't fit the settled family image imo.

the baby was an accident (so early in their unstable relationship) and I suspect now that PF has resented KB for getting pregnant. its her fault. she tried to trap him. she likely was one of a few he had on the go at the time. (wether kesley knew this or not idk)
he has accepted the baby (fruit of his loins) but finds the family way with KB a no go putting up with 'Kelsey hanging in there' for over a year intolerable.

that's the picture I am seeing now.
where do these 🤬🤬🤬🤬's get off illiminating a woman because she is trying to stay in your picture.
maybe it is suffocating, maybe it is pathetic to you if your loathing on someone ...but maybe if you didn't use them and give them mixed vibes she wouldn't be hanging around?????
that's the truly cruel part of these monsters.
engaging beautiful successful women and then game playing them into submission and snuffing them out because they have surrendered to you.

moo
We don't know the circumstances surrounding the pregnancy and we don't know if the relationship was unstable at that point. For all we know it was Kelsey who grew tired of PF and was just sticking around for the sake of her child, trying it make it work the best she could. Maybe she just "tolerated" him. Jmo

Haaa yes. It’s definitely a typo.

He was doing what reporters do, and trying to disseminate information as fast as possible.

Inaccurately, in this case.
Ducking Autocorrect. lol

Here is my updated hypothetical scenario. I could see the following as a possibility:

Let's say PF has a girlfriend from out of state, and she comes to visit for Thanksgiving.

And maybe KB hears that said GF is in town, and a little miffed about it.

PF calls KB to ask about picking up the baby so she can come to his family T-Day dinner.

KB says NO, she has day off and wants to spend quality time with the baby herself.

So PF and his out of state GF go to KB's, planning to force the issue, and get the baby anyway. The gf has no idea what PF is really planning to do.

They arrive, and there is a confrontation. Maybe PF goes in alone, comes out with the baby, then goes back in briefly. The gf may not know for awhile what happened during the confrontation. But when she starts asking questions she is horrified and he begins threatening her---reminding her she was there in the truck, and would be part of the crime.

So she agrees, although unwillingly and feels coerced, to take the phone and to send texts, etc.

?????????

I've seen prison rodeos on TV and youtube. It might be a CA and Southwest phenomena. Prisoners make crafts too. I bought an arrow made by a prisoner.

Oh, inmates are fine. They know ahead of their crime that there’s consequences. If they’re not interested in crafts, they can pen letters, find a higher power, watch their 9inch TV or dream of their past life. Moo

Gotta get P thru the system, first. Lol

I have a feeling we will see IN arrested, if she’s the one who was the witness in danger. I think they agreed to unseal the affidavit to him because IN will be in custody and won’t be a flight risk or a danger risk.

That certainly is plausible.

She's cooperating and trying to save herself at this point, once he sees the documents he may actually start talking. He's had a couple weeks of reality behind bars too. He's under the bus right now. imo

Nope. IN would have had plenty of opportunity to speak up sooner. She's just as guilty, IMO of course.

That doesn't explain the three counts of solicitation, which would necessitate that he asked someone prior to the murder, to murder or help murder her.
