A new judge, Scott Sells, has inherited the #Frazee case. Previous judge, Lin Billings Vela, has been transferred back to El Paso County as part of routine shuffling. #KelseyBerreth @csgazette

New judge over the case (judge rotation). Prosecution says they are now comfortable sharing the arrest affidavit with Frazee. They still want them sealed to the public. #PatrickFrazee #KelseyBerreth @KOAA

I'm sure it will be released later. It was outside of the courtroom right before they got started and they are busy tweeting now.

Prosecutor, Frazee mom & family in the courtroom for what promises to be an important hearing in Teller County Court To be discussed, a piece of evidence so minuscule it will be destroyed once tested. Both sides want experts present during testing. #kelseyberreth #PatrickFrazee

JMO
The only thing I can think of is the miniscule piece of evidence may have been small drops of blood splatter found on some drywall in her apartment.

Thinking back to the ladder we saw being carried into her home and the large pieces of evidence taken out which some of us suspected could have been cut out sections of drywall to preserve the evidence.

Thanks for the awesome updates about court. I am reading your posts with vigor in terms of what the reporters are tweeting.

I wish there was separate place to just comment on those for now and not other things- it would make it easier to sift through. Will the media thread be updated along with this thread, at the same time?
I generally post to both threads at the same time, but it is too much to carry everyone else's tweets over there as well as my own when the thread is moving fast. I tried it the other day and it was impossible! MOO

ETA: Thank you, @oviedo - I see you are posting to the media thread. ;)

Deleted by me ...@mercedes answered my question while I was typing, Thank You.

If I understand your question, and I understand how the wording is difficult.

I started to answer you and then noticed Emi’s Post #374,
above. That is interesting and not a scenario I would have thought of.

Thanks Emi.

It makes me wonder now if they know who they will arrest and others are now protected? IMO
