PF was never identified as a POI but the rumors were everywhere and then they swooped in and arrested him. I suspect that the same is going to happen with anyone else involved.
Yes. And if whatever was in the affidavit contained information about the others involved, then they have been POI's since his arrest. Imo

I'm not sure, but I think sometimes the family does this so PF can't profit from any book deals and other ways to make money. It might be a way to put a lien on any property he may hold. Say, his family can't sell off his livestock. I'm sure the Berreths are doing this for the sake of their granddaughter.

I agree - they would have taken advice on what to do- the Berreth's have been measured, patient and very reserved in their dealings to date. I reckon this would keeps the legal trail in tact in all areas of this case, (I don't really know that just speculating) maybe it brings more info to the table for them through the legal discovery process? It could help them with gaining info in retaining custody of little K. Maybe PF would be more keen to share the responsibility of the murder around because he was not the only one involved in KB's death?

I know I would be pushing every boundary to make sure that my daughter/granddaughter got the BEST outcome.

Goodness. Does it seem early for that? I can't say I blame them but I am a little confused by this.
Could it be to further their custody case against the F family somehow?

After reading the article about IN I don't believe she has anything at all to do with Kelsey's murder. She will probably explain the phone thing. I feel bad for her being involved with this guy. He probably made himself look like a "good" boy to her.
For two years? I would think they knew each other pretty well. Imo

I believe she knew from the beginning. Funny how we see things differently.
Considering the evidence connection in ID, I believe she was involved in it up to her eyeballs. JMO.

I really wish they had not filed the wrongful death suit yet.

Here is a clear statement from the hospital on the leave of absence and summary of Twin Falls police and FBI involvement due to phone and messaging.

Sources confirm identity of woman under investigation in Kelsey Berreth case
From the link (name changed to initials by me):

"Sources have confirmed with 11 News sister station KMVT in Idaho a woman named KKL was questioned in the case of a missing Woodland Park mom.

According to KMVT KKL lives within Twin Falls County. She is a registered nurse at St. Luke’s Health System. A hospital spokeswoman confirmed with KMVT KKL is on a leave of absence."

The connection between KKL and Berreth's fiance Patrick Frazee — who is charged with Kelsey Berreth’s murder — is still unclear.
No searches for KB or Jayme Closs. I also feel certain they would have found Molly T. much sooner if they had brought in Texas EquuSearch.
O/T: There have been many searches for Jayme. For one of them, Sheriff Fitzgerald asked for 2,000 volunteers and not only did he get that many, he had to turn people away.

Then again, who knows what he told her. He could have made something up to get her to do this. Can't wait to hear what she says.
She had weeks to come forward. A young mother is dead because of her psycho friend, PF. And she may share more guilt than we know.

Just to clarify because one of the mods clarified this for me: even if MSM states the name of the nurse, we are still not allowed to use her name until or unless she's been arrested or named as a POI.
I remember the same rule on the pig farmer in the Tibbetts case.
I thought he approached the press first. Probably wrong, but I thought he put his name out there.

I agree. If she’s intelligent enough to be an ER nurse, she knew something was off with his request. No matter if transporting the phone is her only involvement.
Can we discuss her vehicle?

Her friend said she came from an amazing family which says a lot to me so I can't see someone like that being that bad/immoral to be involved in a murder.

South Texas - prisoners work the farm acreage surrounding the prison. Cattle, equines, crops. Armed guards on horseback a common site.

These road signs all around the area too.

I’ve found conflicting info on the length of friendship between P & IN.

I think they have known each other for several years haven’t they?

Does PF have one public defender or two? I see two whispering into his ear.

Well, he’ll be in CO unless they deem him “at risk” like CW & need to ship him out. Imo
