I also searched and couldn't find that "enacted physical, mental, and emotional acts of violence prior to her death" was standard language.

I think they are using those words to indicate that he had an expected level of care and he breached it/was negligent. By the rest of the document, it seems like they are unsure if he is the killer, or an accessory, IMO.

So case is filed in federal court. Case number is 1:19-cv-00027-PAB. It is filed in the parents' name, not in child's name. I read the complaint, it's almost all boiler plate language of the elements of the various claims. I don't think there's really much that can be gleaned from it. In fact, most of the allegations are "Upon information and belief."
Are they asserting any facts of any incidences prior to November 22nd to back their allegations in the suit at all or is it all based on what is in the media. Hopefully, there isn't anything in it that had to have been disclosed to Kelsey parents or their lawyer that wasn't disclosed to PF or his defense counsel.

I've asked as well, so we have all the bases covered. :)

I've also messaged them both with the full document so that they can view and decide if it can be posted!

Her appearing to not have many friends in the area makes more sense now. Sounds like it is possible he completely isolated her.

I think emotional violence might be more of P criticizing her parenting. If he wanted custody, he might have tried to reduce her as a mom. He may have belittled her to the point she had no confidence or desire to have friends. Maybe just work/home. Jmo

Really really shaking my head on this comment. What the heck had been going on prior to her death? Her MURDER. This is a tangled web of a case that continues to descend downward constantly. I'm afraid to hear the reason behind this statement. Sigh...
First time posting ... couldn’t this just refer to the solicitation charges? And, I agree that this is happening so quickly to strengthen their custody case for K.

Um isn’t that dog a border collie? Not that it means anything, but I noticed it.

I noticed too. I even went back and checked PF's you tube video-- it's not any of the dogs he posted 4 years ago but very similar: Patrick Frazee

Oy vey! I remember many many threads back it was discussed whether his connection to Twin Falls was through one of his dogs.

That last paragraph is disturbing.
I wonder what evidence they have, to make such a statement.
This is horrid.
MOO.

Killing her would be such conduct...jmo

Welcome to WS @OregonLady. Thanks for your comment.

I believe it to be unlikely Kelsey knew about PF's solicitation of someone to attempt to have her killed. If he first sought someone's help in September, she would have had time to high-tail it out of there. I would think it can't be called abuse if she was unaware. Sounds more like, IMO, an ongoing situation of some kind of mistreatment of her by him. I hope not, but...

@Mercedes do you know if there is any way in which a civil suit could compel any otherwise unknown evidence relating to the criminal case to come out? Say if something was not allowed in a criminal trial but was allowed in a civil case for example... could that be a strategy?
Thank you for your insight!

Let me think about this a little while.

Yup I posted this awhile ago. She had one if not 2 border collies (one was deceased, so not sure if same dog or a new dog)

Has an admin came and told us what we can or cannot post now that name has been released by media? TIA

True. I think he did ask for help previously, but no one would agree to help him. So he decided to go for it on Thanksgiving because it was a good day to cover things, as it was holiday weekend etc. And he'd have a friend traveling out of state to take the evidence away?

I think the holiday was part of the plan.

I just sent a PM to Tricia. She is on this thread now. We should hear soon I think.

I thought the same about a picture. The most recent one released of them was when baby was a baby. Makes me think he was not asked to the photoshoot where we get the beautiful pic of CB, KB, and little KB. (Which based on CB’s comment of last seeing KB in October leads me to think that is when that photo was taken).
I love the picture of the three girls together. Little K looks so much like CB, IMO.

I want Kelsey found so badly.

Tricia gave me the OK to post, we are just verifying that nothing needs to be redacted :)

What little I can find says criminal trial must come first, then civil, if a criminal charge has been filed. Any of our lawyers here?

I’ve seen it done both ways.
