Where can she be? Searching VineLink she isn't shown in custody anywhere in WA, OR, CA, NM, KS, OK, ID, UT, WY, MT, or CO - these comprise the 9th and 10th districts to include being held by US Marshals but realistically she would have to be in Idaho or Colorado. I haven't gone through AZ as statewide AZ is not available via VineLink. If she had been arrested by the FBI she would have been turned over to the US Marshals and the media can inquire if they have her in custody. If she had been arrested by a Colorado agency there would be an extradition hearing. If there were a Idaho arrest there would be a court docket there (those are publicly available and easy to find).I think she is in custody.
Yeah. I think that the Watts case has colored our view here.I do not think they are getting sick satisfaction from it either, but I do not think they are looking at the whole picture, what KB's family is going through, etc. I think it is all about them. And that PF is the same way. I know it sounds harsh, but they have not been any more forthcoming or concerned about KB than PF has shown. Edited to say that perhaps I am still not over how CW's parents were to SW and I am forever jaded. IMO
She was identified as 23 year old LeBrea Jackson, here's a thread for her CO - CO - LeBrea Jackson, 23, Aurora, Arapahoe County, 23 Dec 2018Oh dear...a female after all. So awful.
Quite frankly, what would you want them to say - that PF is a murderer and absolutely did it? Okay, so if they did that, how would it affect whether or not they have a genuine interest in the welfare of the child? What does his actions have to do with theirs? We don't know anything about the true health of PF's mother just like we don't know anything about the true health of KB's mother. As for any other party intervening they should only do so if they have a genuine interest and the means to care for the child.I have a different impression from what I have seen. I dont see them as being so concerned about the baby's welfare. I see them as tormenting KB's parents and I do not understand why. They have not come out and said a word or have not shown a bit of concern so that is what I am going on. We don't know if the sister has been a part of the baby's life and the mother is said to be in poor health. And where is PF's father and brothers? It feels very very mean spirited to me. The whole custody thing. Talk about kicking someone when they are as low as they can be. I do not see one iota of compassion from them. IMO
I'm glad the remains have been identified as LeBrea Jackson, may this bring some peace and comfort to her loved ones.
Thank you Guy, I always think there should be a name, remains sounds so cold and impersonal. She was identified as 23 year old LeBrea Jackson, here's a thread for her CO - CO - LeBrea Jackson, 23, Aurora, Arapahoe County, 23 Dec 2018
Did any of them go to the vigil or make a statement to plea for help in finding KB when she was missing? No. All we have heard from them is in their fight for custody for the baby. To me, and in my opinion, this speaks volumes. Kelsey was the mother of their grand daughter, neice. They showed no concern publicly. It does not feel right to me. MY opinion. I do not expect them to say a thing about PF's arrest, but the days before that, when CB came to search, they certainly did not appear to care at all. CB was not even allowed to see her grand daughter.Quite frankly, what would you want them to say - that PF is a murderer and absolutely did it? What about protective custody? Would the public have access to those records?Where can she be? Delete... will repost laterIs anyone on death row in Colorado? If so, how do they live?

But how would that affect whether PF's mother or sister could have custody as both have motioned to intervene? It doesn't. Life insurance is something that would be handled out of probate and wouldn't involve PF to begin with.
ETA: If he has a life insurance policy on KB then the insurance company isn't just going to pay out. They do their own investigations before they would pay anything out.

I don't know about the Schelling case but I have followed the Sypher case from the beginning. In the Sypher case there was another man in the picture and her not coming home for a week at a time here and there and so on. That, plus no body, could conceivably get that one juror (or more). My worry with the Schelling and Sypher cases is that lone juror, given the totality of circumstantial evidence, who still can't see past the missing body for reasonable doubt.
No. But PF's attorney would have to know where she was so he could depose her. What about protective custody? Would the public have access to those records?
Aren't they uprooting the child by having the child end up in Sandpoint, ID?Life insurance is still going to be paid, it just won't be paid to PF. In the Scott Peterson case, the court had it deposited into a trust account.
There is no way the state is going to uproot the baby and give PF's mother or sister custody. JMO
