I think PF was a player who used one woman against the other. His plan may have escalated when he found out KK was coming for Thanksgiving, especially when he may have still been seeing KB occasionally. I say he was still seeing her occasionally because her mother said they were all going out for dinner later on Thanksgiving Day. I asked myself why a pilot instructor would have bought a home in his area in May if they had been broken up since New Years Day 2018? She could have bought a home in Pueblo, close to work. Homes are less expensive there too. I think she was in love with PF and had hopes of them getting back together. If they broke up when the baby was 3 months old I wonder whose idea the family picture was? Do you agree to a family picture if you aren’t planning to be together in 3 months? Don’t forget she moved there to be near him. I bet he was lying to KK about his status with KB and her coming there would present a problem with both of them wanting his time on Thanksgiving. JMO.

I doubt she would have bought something in Pueblo regardless of her work location. Pueblo is not a good area and you definitely don't want to send your kid to the schools there.

Did any of them go to the vigil or make a statement to plea for help in finding KB when she was missing? No. All we have heard from them is in their fight for custody for the baby. To me, and in my opinion, this speaks volumes. Kelsey was the mother of their grand daughter, neice. They showed no concern publicly. It does not feel right to me. MY opinion. I do not expect them to say a thing about PF's arrest, but the days before that, when CB came to search, they certainly did not appear to care at all. CB was not even allowed to see her grand daughter.

We don't even know that CB attempted to see the child. That has been assumed.

I don't attribute malice nor spite to those intervening by default simply because PF has been charged. They may have a genuine interest in the welfare of the child and almost certainly have been more a part of the life of that child than any other party to the case. I can't quite wrap my head around why there is such projection of malice and spite as a motive when there is zero evidence backing it.

The State had probable cause to ask for custody and they received it. Just because we haven't been told about evidence does not mean there is no evidence. JMO

IMO, KB was very comfortable with Mrs. F providing child care, so I assume she had no fear the baby was in danger with the F family.
It’s intersting to me, Mrs. F is a retired nurse & many think she’s involved in the crime & not capable of caring for a child. The same people repeatedly state they can’t imagine KK being involved because she’s a nurse.

While at Sterling, they are kept in administrative segregation.

Of course no one has been executed in over two decades, and there are unlikely to be any executions in the near future.

But that probable cause was only against PF as he had custody and not against anyone else.

I am not sure but so far law enforcement has used the term witness. If, hypothetically someone any federal crimes we would not know those necessarily. It is hard to imagine that no one else will not be charged.

If she worked in the area she had to have known all of this. I seriously doubt she considered living there.

Property in Pueblo is a lot cheaper than pretty much anywhere else in Colorado, and there's a reason for that.

We have a new Governor in Colorado as of today, but I beleive his position on the death penalty is the same as Hickenloopers was. The issue with dp is that many jurors do not want to make that decision. So many factors. Nathan Dunlap has been diagnosed with mental illness that was in full force when he comitted his crime. In the past, some have been sent to death when it later came out that they were innocent. These days, with DNA testing being what it is, that could change peoples views. However, the way people have been put to death is a clear issue. There are very few states that actually support and execute these days, and it is all ugly business.[/QUOTE]

I’ve been to Pueblo only twice but would move there, in a sec, if moving to CO.
Drugs are rampant, nation wide.
