If John Doe asks me to kill his wife Jane, I am calling Jane and the police. MOO
Exactly. Imagine being the kind of person who knows a murder is being planned and does or says nothing. Kelsey would be alive today and little K would still have a mother if this nurse had done the right thing and called the police.

Perhaps initially in PF's plans, he obtained burner phones for parties involved.
Contacts 'to and fro', journeys 'to and fro' would not be discovered ie to Kelsey's home, journey with Kelsey's phone.
MOO.

Rodeo associate shows support for woman investigated by FBI
One of KL’s long-time supporters shares with KMVT’s Kelsey Souto how KL’s rodeo involvement put her into the spot light. KK, now KL, was crowned the 2008 Miss Magic Valley Stampede queen.

“She was probably one of the best queens, she was amazing,” said LS, who spent time with KK in the District VI rodeo circuit.
LS says she knew the family well.

“A person is gonna be hard pressed to find someone more honest, reliable, kind and very well grounded,” LS said. “She's just one in a million. My K, she's a really wonderful, wonderful person. And I cannot for the life of me, and I can't imagine any of this, what her families going through, her friends.”

Since K’s (alleged) connection to the Berreth case came to light, a number of her friends have reached out to KMVT to say they don't believe she's capable of harm. However, most of the friends are afraid of doing an interview on camera for fear of backlash from the community.

(names changed to initials by me)
Not to doubt that person but this is 10+. Right now, all we know is she had the victim's phone and has been investigated the destruction and probably the possession of the stolen phone; those false texts, and the connection to an arrested individual for a homicide. Other than that all is normal. She met the wrong individual or the two were just wrong together.

If I had a nickel for every friend or relative that said good things about a person that was ultimately convicted of a crime, I would be rich by now.

This means Nothing, Nada, to me. Many people are good until they are not.

Character witnesses only know what they know.

She may be totally innocent in this case but then again she may not be. Nuff said.
I completely agree.

I wouldn't think any person, without a criminal background, would consider being involved in the death of another, UNLESS there were high stakes involved to benefit them.
The importance of these benefits to the person being involved may vary considerably, due to the situation at present.
It could be made easier by person A stating I will do 'such and such' and all you (person B) have to do is help later.
So both benefit, helping one another.
MOO.
Hope my thoughts are understood.

But, every criminal has a FIRST crime......
So, up til their first crime they have no criminal background.

And, for every person speaking well of a victim or a suspect, there’s another person ready to contradict, imo.

I keep hoping and praying that they find Kelsey and make substantial and noticeable advancements in this case. I keep coming back on in between work breaks expecting so suddenly find myself pummeled with all the new data. But no. I have to learn patience!

Yes it did, BUT it was at that same time that her name came
out and it was 'rumored' she was out on leave from her job.
This was a week-10 days before msm picked up and reported it.

My hunch is FBI co-ordinated her leave from her job, her sm
erasure and her going into some type of hiding for her protection.
Remember Nancy Grace had a lot of these details reported
on her show on Dec. 26. So a lot was happening behind the
scene.

Who might KK need to be protected from?
IMO, FBI didn’t coordinate her leave, HR told her to stay off the premises until she’s cleared. Jmo

i don't know. in my life the ladies men, as in the ones that like to play the field, do not want a women that might turn out to be excessively clingy. a woman willing to make a big move would raise some red flags. so, if PF had to bring KB to CO then i don't see him as being a ladies man. more like a homeboy that finally found a woman willing to be with him and did not want to lose that.

I know what you mean, dk. However if they met online and she was moving to a place 3 hours away from him for a job, maybe that sounded to him like the perfect distance. And if he helped her move, that would make him seem like the perfect gentleman.

Eta took out redundant word

very early on maybe thread 2 or 3, a sleuther surmised there would be a woman involved and further guessed it was the woman who liked all of PF social media posts. This was before he scrubbed his - I sure wish that sleuther would pop in and let us know if he/she was right. I thought it was Massguy but it was not. I will try to find the post.
I REMEMBER that and wondered the same thing recently! Hope whomever it was is still active on here and will respond :)

Not calling the police is bad, but actually helping with this crime is far worse.

The question is, how much did she help?

We actually know nothing official. Police haven’t said anything about her. This is all media information that we discuss

Wow! Why would she keep hanging out with a guy that asked her to commit murder? And if she's the only one he said this to, it makes it very suspect IMO.
Along with your question, what is it about KK that makes PF think she’s the appropriate person to solicit to commit murder of KB???

* I am just now catching up on threads, so apologies if I’m asking something that’s already been asked or if this MSM article isn’t even accurate. I have a lot of reading left to do.

True. That’s a hell of an ask.

He must have believed that she would be open to the idea.

@PommyMommy and @v0x ... just read the original report from CrimeOnline posted earlier.... all corrections have been made. WS is amazing....I am a tadpole in the big pond of sleuthers...... but from what I have seen happen here on WS.... I truly believe reporters from all over the world come to WS's to find "the lead". Kudos to all of you!

I think it will be very interesting to see what her phone activity was on the way to Colorado as compared to on her way home.

Absolutely. How many phones did she have? Thinking burner phones.

Anyone know appx how long it takes LE to secure phone records?

Yea, I don’t think one would ask a casual acquaintance. Not as readily as he might ask a person with a grievance towards the intended victim. Moo

You have to tip toe around the weight issue comments here, just FYI.

I really don’t think looks play in, at all, here. KB was gorgeous. I don’t think PF would be doing much better than her in the looks department, yet he presumably killed her. Clearly he’s not really about treating people well who are, by society’s standards, “beautiful”.
