I don't know why so many feel that something more was done to Kelsey's body, other than murder...I have not gotten that impression. It is possible but no more so than other cases when victims are not found. Jmo

I think it must serve a purpose. I can’t imagine anyone wanting THIS kind of attention. A lot of folks are awfully angry.

Let's hope it's a good purpose. Part of me is still a little suspicious, but that's how I am.

I doubt it’s that. They had enough evidence to charge PF with murder, despite not having Kelsey’s body.

There would be no reason that the lack of a body would prohibit further charges involving other players in this.

They’re waiting for something, but it ain’t the body.

By now they should have phone and computer records IMO so if PF used electronic communication with all the players it’s been a month - what are they missing to identify others ?

For me it’s the positive identification of the crime scene (her condo as announced by LE) and that she is deceased without actually having a body that confirms this IMO

I don’t either. We’ve heard nothing to lead us to believe there was some horrific crime scene.

I'm thinking it's based off LE search, activity at Kelsey's. Tha banging, and the big things they removed as evidence.

Unknown Person takes KB's body the other direction. I'm back to the abandoned mineshafts. There's a ton of them out there and most everyone here knows of at least one case that had the body likely dumped in one, and no body has been located. Out in that area, you hear of suicides/homicides/plain getting lost and falling and never found/etc... And I can see PF thinking if they can't find the body, they can't prove anything.

PF is thus seen around doing normal things, and to his mind then clearly can't be involved.

I’m in the boat with those that feel like there’s nothing to be done about it now though we know it had the chance to save her life. Maybe we should move past this for now and concentrate on other ways to help? I personally think this couple has gotten far more publicity than deserved.

I think that's very good advice. Maybe we should not be making judgements until we have seen the actual interview and have all the facts.

Playing the odds, her body is likely to be intact, and all in one place.

Even if he did make an effort to destroy her body, there is always something to find.

The way he played this initially, by basically challenging law enforcement to make a case against him, tells me that he is probably confident that she will never be found.

I fear he may be right.

SPECIFIC is how I understand Gitana’s wonderful post.

Wish she could explain the dif’ between KK & bff, which one was emotional, etc., I think 50% of the posts are inquires as to which person was emotional. Moo

There is a reasonable risk with cases that have high media attention to attract all kinds of nonsense that can appear if they think the store isn't being watched. All kinds of things getting dragged in from FB groups or other social media or trolls, etc.

I'm sure they have all those things, but it still takes time to go through it, and make sense of it.

They may still have to interview witnesses, and may also be waiting on lab results to come back.

So they may know who these people are, but there is still work to be done until they are confident that they can build a case that will stick.

But crime scenes are nearly always the reason LE declares a missing person to be deceased... I don’t believe all those bodies were “disappeared” in more than the usual sense, as in not yet found.

The media is disgusting using Kelsey’s murder as a cliffhanger for ratings...not crazy about these “whistle blowers” either.

I agree. “A lethal love triangle, more details in a few days.” Very unsettling.
