Even if he did make an effort to destroy her body, there is always something to find.

The way he played this initially, by basically challenging law enforcement to make a case against him, tells me that he is probably confident that she will never be found.

I fear that he may be right.

Really, really hope you are wrong and she is found.

Excuse me if this question was already asked. I’ve seen different variations of commenting on this but not a legal answer., If KK is the one that was solicited to help with the murderer, one of the charges PF was charged with… Why no arrest of her?

The criminal solicitation charge is against PF, not KK. We've not learned of any criminal act committed by KK to warrant an arrest. At this time, all we have is suspicion and speculation. MOO

Maybe they know something about the vehicle KK drove.
Or, maybe she texted their employee.
I think one reason PF is arrested on what seeems like little info is KK named him, he didn’t talk. IMO, IF she is involved, they had a “do not talk” pact. It looks as if KK reneged on that deal, once in October & again in December. Providing she is involved, if PF had spoken first, might she be behind bars? Jmo

Unknown Person takes KB's body the other direction. I'm back to the abandoned mineshafts. There's a ton of them out there and most everyone here knows of at least one case that had the body likely dumped in one, and no body has been located. Out in that area, you hear of suicides/homicides/plain getting lost and falling and never found/etc... And I can see PF thinking if they can't find the body, they can't prove anything.

PF is thus seen around doing normal things, and to his mind then clearly can't be involved.

The joke is on him. I hope he is twisting in the wind right now.

But crime scenes are nearly always the reason LE declares a missing person to be deceased... I don’t believe all those bodies were “disappeared” in more than the usual sense, as in not yet found.

I don't think so. KK is not that smart. Remember that she used her credit card in Woodland Park sometime on the weekend of the murder allowing police to verify that she was in Woodland Park. She also (very likely) took Kelsey's stolen phone to within 30 minutes of her house and then turned it on to ping.

I have wondered, where is KB’s purse? If KK had the phone, there’s a good chance she had the purse, IMO.
Wonder why she would not have used KB’s cc or at least paid cash.
I swear......I’m sticking a $50 in my glove box, if I ever commit a crime, I’m riding outta town with cold hard cash for my chili dog.

There was a guy in CA who murdered his business partner and then took his cell phone and made it look like he was traveling the world to his family. Much later, they pulled up the carpet in the office and found a lot of blood underneath. No body was ever found, but the killer (business partner) was convicted. I have a feeling this may be the situation with KB. IMO

Yes, specific as in who, what, where, and when. They didn't even have a last name.
I haven't seen anything said about who was emotional since last night, when it was realized that it was KK's friend who was said to be upset when she went to the employer. Has that changed?

Could be a potential trigger IMO that started in September according to the solicitation charges and became more intense in October with a second solicitation that caused KK to confide in her BFF so maybe she had some details about why? JMO

According to news reporters on the scene, the FBI and CBI had to call the fire department to borrow their ladder while gathering evidence at the duplex.

Maybe KK gave them information specific the the act, like where and some details that would otherwise not be picked up on at first glace of KB's house. When LE went back a 2nd time they looked to evidence to confirm what they were told and found it...the kind of evidence that you don't have unless the victim is dead.

At first I just didn't think it was a bloody crime. But I'm not leaning that way so much now. I'm just not sure...have to wait and see. Just horrifying regardless.

Such a free advertismenet for Sonic. (Never heard about the place).

Her body simply was not at the scene.

They must have found physical evidence that she is dead, because LE made a strong statement in the arrest news conference without a having body. But LE may have found this evidence before the 2nd search of the condo, and did not release it immediately. Possibly because it was being DNA tested and there was a delay in getting conclusive results.

I hope to learn what was found in the 2nd search of the condo; something that was previously missed, because I don't even have guess.

DNA testing, technology, and a very effective investigative team are working in favor of figuring this out. Amazing that with the time lapse between her being "last seen" and her mother reporting her missing, that so much has happened. I hope we get more official updates soon from LE. Tired of seeing the news stations crawling all over each other for the latest incorrect headline or nothing burger snippets of news to string us all along.

Reminds me of the husband who killed his wife but said she took off and they used luminol and found her body outline slumped against the bedroom wall - it was on dateline IIRC- hope we aren’t going to find something similar here but I think that’s the case unfortunately
