The motive the R's stated is bull. If you think the other parent is a danger to your child, you go to family services. You don't murder.

KB was last seen at the Safeway on Highway 24 in Woodland Park, shopping for approximately one half hour. LE has said that PF is the last to see her, during roughly the next half hour. Using traffic flow from the November 2015 paper “Woodland Park Transportation Study”, one can estimate that 600 average vehicles passed the Safeway store in that hour, or which about 400 were driving straight thru town and 200 were locals. Chances are very great that someone in one of those 600 vehicles took the phone to Gooding, Idaho. PF is out, he has an alibi for the next three days. so scratch one local vehicle.
The FBI received a tip from the R’s in Twin Falls, Idaho that may or may not identify another of the vehicles. This one would be in the “passing straight thru town” category. They did what the FBI does. They filled out an interview form and filed a copy in Pocatello, then sent the form on to Salt Lake, where another copy was ripped off and filed. It then went to Denver, where another copy was filed, and then to the Colorado Bureau of Investigation, who had requested forensic assistance from the FBI in the KB case. Then it finally went to the 5th District of Colorado Attorneys office. Upon examination, they might ask the FBI for clarification of something in the report, but will not likely use the FBI further. The most likely recipient of that call is the Twin Falls County Sheriff’s office.
Either through their own investigators or local LE, the Colorado prosecutors will inevitably follow this lead as far as it goes.
Two down, 598 to go. If you are keeping more precise statistics, that’s 399 passing thru, and 199 local
.

Yep. She's not dumb. With all the stories about his temper, she's got her excuse figured out. The baby's mother is always painted as the crazy one, so, he just had to murder her. Oh, and he was just kidding around with KKL when he wanted KB murdered.

I just wish the R's would STFU I am afraid they are doing more damage than good for no reason whatsoever. Why insert themselves (lawyers even!) where they do not belong in public, national TV no less. I just don't get it! Not to help KB moo.

True, but something is integrally wrong with him. On the other hand he gives that reason to KK, and she accepts it???

I can tell you that KK will never work again in that hospital and will never allowed to work in any facility where she handles dangerous drugs.

Who on earth wants someone as unstable as lovelorn little KK injecting drugs into patients?

Even if fully aquitted of any involvement, no future employer is ever going to allow her near any IV or dangerous oral medications.

One of my suspicions is that PF chose to solicit KK’s help because she may have had access to dangerous drugs. There are several drugs that can cause death if administered in the right amount. JMHO

Two concerns

From the CBC article,

Asked what they heard was Frazee's motive, Patty said, "That he felt that Kelsey was going to harm the child, that she was crazy."

Concern 1.

To me, if this statement is true, in the meaning that KK heard these words from PF, the implication is totally opposite. KB was sane.

I wonder, however, if PF is mentally ill and very paranoid. A grave danger to be in the society, to be let out. Ever. And if he had really killed before, it has to be investigated. MOO - it might be a serious statement.

The population of Florissant is 104 people. Today the student body in Woodland Park High is 782. It is unranked. Here is a little bit about students' performance.

https://www.usnews.com/education/be...strict-no-re-2/woodland-park-high-school-4377

Is that possible that in an underperforming school, in a tiny city, Patrick's severe emotional problems had been missed?

Quite possibly. People here pointed out at the way he treated the dogs. I am not a dog breeder, I would not know. But someone might review the YouTube movies and say what he thinks. And maybe I was wrong at discounting the opinion of the person accusing him of maltreatment of the horses. It all might be very, very serious.

Concern 2. MOO.

KKL did not love PF, and he did not have a hold on her. To participate in such a crime for your lover, no matter to what degree, means, to love with abandon. There are many examples of it in history. But usually such love implies standing by your beloved till the end. Not giving him up. Not talking.

KKL is very scared. She is now getting it. What I see here, in this situation, is some adolescent high. Teenagers might attack random people, or someone they know, in groups. They do it to test their power over the world. But - they are teenagers.

How did two very adult people, both with kids, could partake in a crime?

Immaturity and mental issues in a 32-year old man are less shocking than immaturity in a 32-year old mother of two kids. MOO.

Do you, or anyone know if P was ever cited for animal abuse?
I only want to say this, about his assumed abuse.
IMO, a person making money from breeding dogs GENERALLY does not abuse them. I’ve watched the videos, so I’m not asking for links, so please, no one, repost the same links, again. That disrupts the thread, imo.
I have always had herd dogs. They are a dif’ breed, bred to “work” . They are highly intelligent, incredibly fast, bull headed & independent thinkers. They go after any moving object.
If not properly trained they end up in shelters, tied in the yard or dead. They are known to get in pastures, chase stock, get kicked, stampeded & stomped by cattle & horses.
If you can train one, he will be your best friend & when he dies, he will take a big chunk of your heart, with him. If you have an untrained herd dog, you’re gonna contemplate ripping your hair out. After border collies were used in a few movies & commercials (down & out in Bev Hills, maybe) they became very popular. People were going crazy to get one. Most ended up in shelters, sadly. People found out quickly they don’t make the best pet unless they have oodles of time to train & exercise them.
A person wishing to use a working dog on stock might pay top dollar & expect it to be fully trained. They wil not tolerate the dog chasing & potentially killing/injuring horses/cattle. A “bad” herd dog will run a herd thru fences & enjoy the chase, costing the owner thousands in damages & injuries.
IMO, if PF abused his dogs, he’d have no clientele & be out of the biz. His dogs that I’ve seen, appear perfect, imo.
As far as horses, slapping a horse with reins or a lead rope is to collect his attention or to startle him, not to inflict pain. Same with spurs,
I can use a fly swat on some of my horses & they stay standing, barely flinching, glad to have me fly swatting.
I have other horses that will try to kill me if they see me with a lead rope, they prefer to graze all day, not perform.
Another point, anyone hauling horses to shows/rodeos want to be seen as having the best horse. They don’t show up with abused horses.
IMO, MOST men are firmer with their animals than women tend to be. I have two large herd dogs curled up on a sofa at this very moment, I am on the floor, lol. None of my male friends are going to sit on their floors & allow their dogs to stretch out & monopolize the furniture.
I have watched at least 50 BC training videos & many appear to be much more abusive than P’s.
It would not be a good biz practice to post YouTube video featuring abuse, imo.
Had P not been arrested & someone happened to find his videos, I don’t think they’d consider him abusive.
Jmo

I know nothing about PF possibly having mental issues. Not defending him, idk what happened. I think he’s behaving as his attys have requested. Until I have facts, Moo is a certain nurse is as involved, if not more so, than PF. I think it’s possible he was arrested based on KK’s vivid details, of the crime, some true, some not. Jmo

Moo moo & moo

I just wish the R's would STFU I am afraid they are doing more damage than good for no reason whatsoever. Why insert themselves (lawyers even!) where they do not belong in public, national TV no less. I just don't get it! Not to help KB moo.

Preemptive strike to paint KK as a victim rather than a willing participant.

This interview is crazy. The R's said they came forward because the BFF was being harassed... they are NOT helping her whatsoever.

Is it just me, or is the reporter asking the questions a different woman than the clip we had before? LOL
I don't buy this either. Coming forward and speaking as they have they are likely subjecting her to far MORE harassment.

Drugs wouldn't make a messy crime scene though, that caused LE to determine that she was murdered in her home :/

Is this normal for attorneys to do?!!

And its not helping KK or themselves if that was their intention. I wondered why MSM broke up the interview into 3 tiny parts. It's a risk with other developing news, or other breaks in this case overshadowing this interview. Now I think because if they showed it all at once it would looked ridiculous to people, hitting them all at once.

Airing 1- We knew but only a little info and when we found out about the poor dear girl (KB) from her mom on tv- we told FBI

Airing 2- Poor girl (KK) so scared, kids threatened, has the cell phone

Airing 3- (Spec) Poor scared girl (KK) went to colorado at Thanksgiving to see her grandma (or friends, or extended family- whatever). And she saw PF and he told her he did it and she was going to help or else. So she took the cellphone and drove as far away from as she could- her home in Idaho 800 miles away. She sent the texts. Imagine how scared she was with all that space between them, and the cellphone (proof that PF murdered KB) in her hands. Poor girl she had no one to protect her. Imagine going to the police with no evidence.

Most of the general public hearing it broken up might not remember all the details from the first airing or second but put it all in one segment- and it is WTH? this is ridiculous JMO

Probably not but without saying too much, looks like the Rs are used to doing things that aren’t normal.

Exactly, this is INFURIATING to me! And the R's should know better. I don't get it, AT ALL :(

I'm having a hard time remaining open-minded about KK. I followed the Heather Elvis case early on, and the woman charged in her kidnapping (Tammy Moorer) originally came across as a normal, loving wife, mum, etc. Later, when the details of events came to light, the facade lifted. Some women are just plain nasty. MOO

  • #1,035
I’m not buying what Krystal (via the R’s) is selling...

MOO
Hooey. Not for one minute. It's the dramatic nonsense created by emotionally stunted females that would only be believed by that same group, like a twitterfest. She's lying. If this is the star witness and basis for the solicitation charges, the case is deeply troubled.

I'm thinking that they see this is free marketing or advertising? Ughhh, I friggin hope not. What an attention/money grab. I wonder if they received the reward, but KB has to be found first right?

Would some drugs if in powdered form leave residue as evidence?
On my local news yesterday we had a Drug sniffing Police dog
reported as having a seizure from finding Ecstasy in an investigation. something to think about.

Small correction:

The R's say that their employee BFF was told by KK that PF said...

and the R's have never met or spoken to KK themselves.

Possibly. I am leaning towards something that was said way up-thread a few weeks back. LE found Brain matter or spinal fluid on the walls/ceiling which would pretty much determine certain death if enough was found. MOO

If I had an employee being harassed, I would certainly do what I could to help him/her. But this just seems strange and is stirring the pot. So I guess my answer is "no". I would do this if I was them.
