It looks like they are planning a candlelight vigil for her tonight in her community. Do we want to start wagers on whether or not PF will be there?

Her famil
Just curious, and I really couldn't tell in the video of PF outside the attorney's office if he had the baby with him. Hopefully his mother is not so disabled that she can't watch the child. As a mom of little ones, I have so much concern for the baby.

The baby was with him.

OR- could someone have sent the phone via mail, UPS, Fed Ex to someone, with pre-programmed texts to be sent, as a diversion as to where she really is, alive or not?
I'm going with 1) the phone was driven to ID, 2) the phone was flown to ID, or 3) it was a false ping, not necessarily in that order and IMHO.

Just to play devil's advocate, it is possible that PF has absolutely nothing to do with KB's disappearance, but that he has a girlfriend on the side that he's afraid the media will find out about. Lots of men (and women) have affairs, and most of the time their spouses don't end up missing. I'm not saying that's what I believe, but stranger things have happened.

That is possible

There's no scientific evidence that positive thinking can effect an action or outcome(health yes) but I've held positive attitudes in previous missing persons case I've followed, and I'm not saying because "I knew they would come home" they did come home, but they have. I have a strong feeling Kelsey will come home as soon as she is able to. Something or someone may have control over her now but she'll return! In CA(my stat, e) in 2016, there was a case of a woman who went missing under strange circumstances and was found almost a month later. The woman was Sherri Papini; feel free to research it but there is a lot of tabloid media about it so proceed with caution. Anyway, the story was strange(like this one) but she came back! I have faith Kelsey will too.

Agree, Sherri Papini was a strange case. Do you happen to remember if her husband retained an attorney?

I still think it was someone who worked with her and knew of her relationship with her fiance.

It's not haha funny but I think you were reading my mind, lol. As soon as you said it, Scott Peterson came to mind. Yes, he had a Tootsie in Fresno and did what he could to avoid the press, etc. so yeah, stranger things can happen. I guess all we can do is wait and see.

I can only see flight history back to December 1 for Gooding, ID, and there have only been 6 flights recorded since that time. It is not a heavily used airport. That being said, I don't know if it would be possible for someone to skip between 2 small airports without having to file anything for it to be traced.
There are a couple of other airports in that part of Idaho as well.

Whole lot of speculation going on here and not very much sleuthing as permitted by the rules.

Just sayin'.....

It’s plausible. The people those texts were sent to fit it. But that’s it. And if that were the case I would be really curious indeed as to what the text to PF said and to whom specifically the text was sent to in her place of employment.

To be honest, I thought it was a bit odd that he took the baby with him to the lawyer's office.

Yes. But not upset enough to report her missing. Or to even raise the alarm to family. Unless those texts yield some insight it’s going to be hard to explain away the silence from PF between 11/22 and 12/2
Also remember though that nobody raised an alarm, not her family, not him, and not his family.

Very busy today but have been speed reading to find out status. I thought that I saw a statement that the three of them, KB PF and baby had planned on going to get a Christmas tree. Did I dream this or did I really read it and if I did read it, does anyone know when this was suppose to happen?

Yep. The reporting has been such that it’s easy to get when KB’s mother requested the welfare check confused. Thanks for clarifying

I had a look at Gooding, Idaho with googlemaps . There's not too many places elevated enough, where a kid would go to watch planes take off and land. The ping has been confirmed has it not?

I saw that, too...KB's mom said something about KB wanting to start decorating for Christmas but she wasn't sure if they would be going out together to get the tree or something. I will try to find the link.

And most other perps. I mean it's not like they have the word "killer" tattooed on their forehead. Or go around 24/7 acting like they will kill someone. People, in general, are very arrogant when someone they know commits murder. They couldn't possibly know a killer! Therefore, their friend, neighbor, relative is innocent! Drives me nuts.

This post says people are arrogant? I very much disagree.

I wish I knew. I went to Google and all I saw was a bunch of coverage from People Mag, and other non-news sites so I stopped looking. I read one where it says she never leaves her house anymore, the kids are never seen outside as well as the husband so I chalked it up to fodder and moved on lol.

In Mom's last interview, Mom said Kelsey hadn't gone to get a Christmas tree because she kept thinking Patrick would take the toddler and go get one.

Well what can we sleuth? <modsnip - personalizing> What exactly has anyone said that isn't sleuthing? We're trying to figure out if A PERP- not necessarily her fiance (I have said this numerous times in my posts!) could have sent her phone or grabbed her phone and took it with him and somehow it ended up in Gooding. I also suggested it was possible that it could be a student or possibly a co-worker. Is that against the rules? If so, what do we get to talk about here?
