Until I see evidence against P, I think he picked his child up, returned to the ranchette & something went down @ the condo. Did he prearrange it? Or did a scheming, scorned woman?

If P/KK had a romantic type relationship in the past, at some point, it ended. Maybe, when she married?
But, from what we think we know, her love/obsession did not end. Owning horses together indicates (to me) they had an agreement to be friends. We’ve all ended a relationship & say, “but, we can still be friends”. Perhaps, KK thought she’d once again be the object of his desire.??

Then, KB arrives on scene. Then a baby. Now, P is even busier, has little time to hang out. Not a stretch to consider KK was mad enough to kill.

Set the stage....start telling the bestie P wants this & that.
When this & that happens, she thinks her butt is covered. Her bestie knows P wanted KB dead! Plus bestie told her boss, an attorney.

Of course things go wrong. After all, she’s a nurse, not a mastermind criminal. So much to do. Turn phone off, turn on, send texts, eat at Sonic, clean up....all on no sleep, after a long adrenaline fueled drive.

FBI questions her, she flubs up & now is really petrified (with good reason) & self admits to a med’ facility.

According to the R’s, PF and KK owned horses together. I think cattle dogs are also a connection to the two.

Duh............Every residence that KK has ever occupied can be located on Google Earth. They all have one thing in common........a practice roping arena that is well used.
For that reason, and that reason only, I believe that the R's story had enough legs for investigators to contact KK. Could the rest of world's worst BFF secondhand gossip story be also possible? Yeah.....in the category of best novel by a new writer.

THE LATEST UPDATE FROM CBS NEWS 1/11/19:
CBS News correspondent Nikki Battiste sat down with Twin Falls couple Patty and Joe Rockstahl. The couple claims they learned of information from one of their employees, a best friend of Krystal Lee. Their employee told them that Lee and Frazee's had a relationship that started just after high school.

"She was in love with him from a very young age," Patty Rockstahl said, adding, "She was very vulnerable and I think she cared for him, and he took advantage of that… He was her first love, I understand, and… he had a hold on her."

The Rockstahls said they were told Lee, a nurse from Idaho and a mother, visited Frazee as recently as November – the month Berreth vanished. They claim their employee said Frazee threatened Lee, and she may have helped him dispose of evidence.

"Do you know what the threats were?" Battiste asked.

"Patrick told Krystal that little girls go missing off the playground all the time," Patty said.

"Krystal was so scared, he was so angry that he said things that made Krystal think he had killed before. So of course, she's going to be terrified," Joe Rockstahl said.

The Rockstahls said they were told Frazee asked Lee three times as early as October to help kill Berreth, the mother of his child, but Lee refused.

Asked what they heard was Frazee's motive, Patty said, "That he felt that Kelsey was going to harm the child, that she was crazy."

"Is Krystal Lee a murderer?" Battiste asked.

"I don't believe so. I don't," Patty said.

I do see your point, but I just don't believe LE got it that wrong. YET. I'm more inclined to believe they were in it together, not that he "loved" KK. Narcs love themselves. MOO, and no, he has not officially been diagnosed as such. Most narcs are never diagnosed, they just go through life destroying the lives of others.

Interesting to hear that PF and KK had business ties via their horses, so I wonder how often they saw each other? This is something I mentioned many threads ago, that the distance between them doesn’t seem conducive to having a regular physical relationship. However, I do believe they’ve had some kind of relationship over the years, and also suspect that KK was jealous of KB. What if PF had engaged in other relationships and has another child out there? Pure speculation, but nothing would surprise me at this point in time. I’m not buying that KK was fearful - if I were fearful, all the more reason to go to the police. I still believe she is involved, maybe heavily, but not the principal. I trust that LE and the DA got this one right and have enough evidence on PF. They just need to wrap up other accomplices. JMHO ...

I worked for our county Drug Court for years. I know how people lie to avoid prison. Stupid lies.
Not implying drug use in this case.
I didn’t deal with murderers.
The biggest % had criminal charges added to drug related charges. Most were looking @ 8+ years if they failed to complete DC.
Based on my experience, one might really lie to avoid the DP or LWOP.
I would probably lie. Wouldn’t hurt to try, right?
Very few cases do we see a suspect confess, imo.

It is so unbelievable. Her actions, their actions. Only the BFF is coming off somewhat okay with all of this. She acted on information- she went to a lawyer- who knows better how to handle this than an lawyer. She can write off any criticism by saying exactly that.

Then what happens after KK potentially is named as a POI, and the press start really digging into her life- particularly in the month of Dec- post murder. How did she behave post murder? Pics will come out, they always do. She has the potential to be crucified in the press.. Maybe if they were quiet and left this story of victimization to trial the rest would stay buried as well. I think this is all going to backfire on them in a big way. We'll see.

Maybe LE has no proof that KK broke the law as yet? Maybe they suspect her of having Kelsey’s phone but can’t prove it? And I am not even sure throwing a phone away, or even sending texts, is a crime unless it can be proved she knew why.

The welfare check on KB was indeed on 12/2. The Sheriff said it was 12/2 on the presser video. Several MSM sources copied and pasted the wrong date in their news articles.

So true. And i think some murderers have some sort of pathology where they actually have created some story in their head where they can't see the truth. Their lies become their reality in some sense.

Even after they are incarcerated and convicted, they still can't admit they are that person. Someone who could commit murder.

Watched Women who murder last night. 8 yrs later Erin McCaffey still can't get the words out of her mouth... My cousins husband 12 yrs later, can't get the words out of his mouth.

I don't think PF or KK have the capacity to admit the extent of their own involvement either. It makes them not part of the norm any more and who wants that?

IMO, they might have one or more AQH stud/mare for breeding purposes. The AQHA allows embryo transplant,
Get a good mare in fosl, transplant embryo to an old, broken down mare, as often as you can. Major money can be made. P knows his horses, imo. It’s all about the legs/feet.
Another possibility is they co own & share a roping or reining horse. Some sell for millions.

How about you tell us your theory on who did what to whom.
I'd like to hear your take on things with such little information
as has been released.
Does LE have the right person in jail?
Do you believe he will ever give up the body, if he knows?
Do you think there's more than PF involved?

I think what he allegedly said about "little girls going missing from the playground" was just an expression he may have used to threaten KK and implying that she could go missing (if it's even true and he really did say it to her). I didn't take it as a threat against any of her children. JMO.

It just leads to more confusion. It’s important that we know what we know, and also what we don’t know. Otherwise speculation becomes probability and probability becomes fact and we state it as such when it really isn’t.

I found so many references to 11/25 out there so I kept looking to confirm. The Sherriff said 12/2 so 11/25 was wrong.
