You got me on that one. It seems everything that is being relayed by BFF to the R's is for a reason. So that would be for a reason as well.

I think BFF was being strategic in going to them to protect herself from not having reported what she knew.

Maybe BFF was hoping to buy time for KK with the R"s re them reporting it to police. If she's a pilot maybe she just decided to get away and think somewhere via plane. Seems weak but worth a shot maybe.

I think this was to somehow imply that she took off in a plane to get away which may have supported PF's version of events. That she left of her own volition. JMT

I consider the info that she is a pilot a very unique identifier. The R's are in CYA mode because their employee dragged them into a murder conspiracy. The R's are not going to get the dates of their knowledge wrong because that could implicate them as participating in the coverup. Who could have known KB was "missing" as of Nov 25? Every single text, email, FB and SM post is coming back to bite every single one of those involved with dates when they had knowledge not made public until Dec 3 when WPPD issued the first official missing person bulletin. Round 'em ALL up and rope 'em ALL in.

Your not understanding my post, what I mean is any information that they would garner out of her now at the present moment after those dates. Is she were in a hospital for mental anguish. Those statement to me would be un-functional and I do not think would hold up to be used in court if it got that far because we have no idea of the depth of her involvement..

Depending what LE has on PF, his lawyer might benefit from all of this crap coming out...if it is just electronic evidence, i.e

The reason was not released to the public. The judges changed, in scheduled rotation. That alone would be reason for rescheduling. Every motion that has been filed so far has been ruled on. In the interim, it would be normal for both sides to file motions, but the only one who would know what they are thinking is them.

Moving the Preliminary Hearing date likely has a lot to do with prosecutors not revealing the arrest affidavit to the defense for the first 12 days of the clock ticking (15 calendar days but holidays don't count, nor the day of arrest). PF was arrested on December 21st and the affidavit not turned over until January 4th, leaving only 23 days to prepare.

In the press conference it was stated it is very common for defense to move the preliminary hearing date, it gives them more time for preparation. I am sure not having the arrest warrant right away contributed to that. By the way Defense go the arrest warrant on Dec 31 but they were not allowed to reveal the contents to PF until the judge reviewed it on Jan 4th.

At the very least, it shows that you need to surround yourself with good people, or none at all, as opposed to this. I wonder of all the people PF told, how many of them suggested that he needs to go find help for his thoughts? Instead, they enabled him, helped him, and ruined countless lives in the process.

At this rate, I would not put it past the Rs to say tonight that they heard from their cousin’s uncle’s BFF that KKs trip to CO was so loving that they got married and conceived a baby they will name after KB.

Thank you! Everything from the R's via BFF from KK sounds exactly like one of those reality shows with all the gossip, backstabbing, catty, immature, mean girls - but this is real, not a show, and KB is missing and presumed dead.

Trudy, the horses that I saw in the aerial footage of the ranchette
looked stocky to me. If they are Quarter Horses, they are stocky ones like Trail Horses.

They don't look like American Saddle Horses to me either -- too stocky, cob.

Could they stocky American Thoroughbreds?

I haven't seen KK's horses.

I’m going to venture out and say KK lied to her BFF. Worried if she might get caught, already planting the seed (lie) that she was ‘afraid of him’. I think it might have been KK panicking that got her to tell the BFF KB was already missing 11/26. She lost her mind in fear of being caught and maybe thought she was making her alibi better by doing so? Telling her BFF anything to begin with may have been motivated by her fear of being caught, so she laid down the foundation of her alibi. Quite stupidly.

I agree with your post Esma, that KK planted a seed, lied to her BFF about being fearful of PF, all as an alibi for her 'story'.

You are right, but maybe they would have looked like good people.

I just find it impossible to fathom how so many people were able to discuss or hear of a murder plot and then a missing woman and do nothing about it. And this is just with what we think we know now. What more is going to come out? How many more people knew?

I have a hard time understanding how you could talk to your GF about murdering an ex, let alone then the GF talking to her BFF and so on and so on. And no one does anything. Its just scary.
