Most welcome. That road is usually always closed by early December but was snowing early in October this year. That does not mean, however, that you cannot hike the road or sneak an ATV on it past the gates. There are no guards there or anything. The entrance in the Springs is by Balanced Rock at the Garden of The Gods. It's about 17 min (6.9 mi) via Rampart Range Rd to Woodland.

The only critical piece that I hadn't heard already today was that BFF tried to oonvince her not to go to Colorado to meet Patrick because she thought the murder was going to happen.

Why would she say that? If BFF did anything that could be perceived as help she could be charged as well since now they are saying she knew why KK was going there that weekend.

This is baffling. They are lawyers, they know better.

Unless KK admits to sending the texts how can it be proven? Especially if the phone is long gone, though even if they find it, seems doubtful it would contain her DNA at this point imo.

We don't know when or exactly where the texts were sent. However, if KK's phone pinged the same tower as KB's phone at the same time? Circumstantial but still evidence.
