And why would she have given him their daughter that day? She worked 40 hours a week while he had the baby all that time, every week. This was a holiday and her day off. WHY would she not want her baby home with her that day? It makes no sense to me.

And if she was giving him the baby at 1 pm, why would she go to the store at 11:30 and take her baby along? Why not wait until she could go alone? Thats is a lot easier.

She might have been making a quick trip to the market for baby supplies before PF picked her up.

Interesting. In the previous thread there was a question about whether KK would "stand by her man" or squeal.

I believe that someone with such a poor moral compass will always squeal to save themselves. Especially when questioned by LE.

Looks like she did. Probably after the first day of questioning...

MOO
Yeah. It is my impression that she began talking immediately.

Someone certainly appeared to be, and right now we only know of two people:

KK and PF.

PF sure as hell didn’t say a word.

I think her deal is not only contingent upon her forthcoming testimony, but also based upon prior contributions.

Big ones.

That’s the best explanation I have for how things have transpired, and why she’s getting off so light.

Because I definitely think she was atleast an accessory after the fact.

We have never seen that she left the market, and her mother said she talked to her twice that day. Lots of questions, and literally no answers.....not even to the simplest questions. IMO
Yes, I agree. The exit video is the key to this.
1. KB was in Safeway 11/22 at 12:37pm
2. Neighbor saw PFs red truck parked at KBs on 11/22 between 12:30-1:00pm
3.CB stated in her interview regarding how KB looked in the Safeway video and CB said her Kbs) hair wasn’t fixed.

IMO KB was late or rushing for some reason as her trip to the grocery was a quick trip, her hair not fixed and Patrick was ALREADY at her house.

Also I don't believe the oh PF had so much control over KKL its not her fault. She still had free will and actively participated imo. All she had to do was drive to a police station or call LE at any point in her 800 mile drive

Well, we know she had a phone!

Why would she have to get the baby supplies, if the baby was going with him? Let him get the supplies.

Reportedly, there were 2 texts (Employer and PF) by KB phone on 11/25. Pings reported in Gooding, ID on same date.
KB’s phone pinged at 5:13pm on 11/25 in Gooding Idaho.

And PF's truck was parked sideways behind both of her vehicles.

Question: If KK gets off lightly, will she be allowed to profit from her crime by writing books and giving interviews? Or is she barred from that?

Again, there’s no word *yet* on what evidence police believe Kenney destroyed. Logically, the cell phone would make sense as it pinged in Idaho the day after she’s accused of tampering. But that information has not been released. @KOAA #PatrickFrazee #KelseyBerreth

4:40 PM - 4 Feb 2019

And we've both posed how can you text on 11/25 if phone tampered?

Is impersonating by text also considered tampering?

With a traffic ticket, having a good background, you may get off with a warning.
I wonder in this case, using her past as a dedicated, caring nurse, KK may get away with a rap on the knuckles, if she testifies against PF, even in a murder case.
Certainly she'll do this, to save herself.
MOO.
Nope,no how no way! She knew...IMO!

Ha! So you don’t think people convicted of first degree murder should be released after serving an average of 22 years?!

Yeah, me neither.
I'm Canadian and I wish we had the death penalty here . Our justice system sucks don't get me started on our juvenile system that's a joke

I wonder what is going to come out about PF after KK's testimony, because for now he's a closed book. Icy cold.

Its going to be interesting and probably horrifying.

Like a tree blowing where the wind takes them. The mere thought that she would do this for a "guy" that she is in love with tells us a lot about her moral compass.

Yeah, your characterization is spot on.

The more we learn, the less we will like him. It’s already a low bar.

It ain’t gonna be pretty.

Oh interesting place to go. Didn’t her mother say she would never go to the store not made up? IMO!
Ha! Slight weight difference though:

70 pounds.

I recently watched the Ted Bundy Tapes and was struck by how far we have come in forensics, dna, and electronic trails people leave. In the 70's, there were not even fax machines let alone dna testing and communication between LE in different states. It is a comfort to me that we now have these resources that can't be denied.

So close....
Ha! I saw where you were going with that, but I just wanted to make it clear that you couldn’t possibly mistake the two.

Thanks for schooling me! Much nicer than the other way!
