Well since she's been madly in love with him from an (Ahem) tender age,and he had such a hold on her, according to the Rs. She got divorced, PF took up with KB, and had a baby, then KK went crawling back to her hubby afterward.
These are facts of the case. I'm going by these facts.

You mean law "enforcement"??? The robbery charge is separate from the homicide charge. Two separate charges against PF. Your speculation carries no more or less weight than any speculation here. There is absolutely no indication the robbery occurred in KB's home, yet PF is charged with it. How on earth is LE going to prove the robbery took place at KB's home? afaik, there were no video security cameras which would capture a robbery.

PF has not been charged with robbery; he has been charged with first degree murder, which includes two theories.

One of them is under the “felony murder rule” which allows for first degree murder charges to be filed when someone is killed in the commission of another felony (robbery in this case).

As law enforcement believes that Kelsey was killed in her house, a robbery at the Safeway parking lot in no way fits with the charges.

Personally, I think the felony murder charge is just legal maneuvering, and not indicative of an actual robbery that ended in murder.

This was premeditated.

And sorry for that typo, I can see how that would be incredibly confusing.

Thank you so much for taking the time to show this. Now I know why it was so confusing and was posted HLN said remains found.

He kept repeating it again and again "remains are found" vs. *IF* found.

Again, thank you for the time to explain the post about her being found. The media on this case, and in General on so many cases We are following, is so lacking. We take everything at face value, but it is based on misleading and poor media reporting in my opinion.

"Ms. Kenney has never stepped foot into the Teller County courthouse. She has no prior experience with the criminal justice system. Looks to me like the defendant prefers to answer in person, and look her accusers square in the eye, as is her right guaranteed by the Constitution. IMO

Right. Because she helped him out of the kindness of her heart. No jealousy or spite involved. No motive. She's just a sweet victim forced to drive hundreds of miles to help PF kill,and destroy, hide evidence,send fake messages to throw the investigation off.
All this after she divorced her hubby,and He met Kelsey, had a baby with her, then she went back to hubby. Got solicited three times. To kill Kelsey.

The innocent one here is Kelsey,Baby K,and Kelsey's family,and loved ones.

This has nothing to do with her preference to “look her accusers squarely in the eye.”

She is legally compelled to appear, or have a warrant issued for her arrest.

She just doesn’t want to be exposed to the prying eyes of the public.

The court has ruled, and said “too damn bad.”

I am wondering if PF's increased security is due to KK's appearance and any issues coming up there? Might she have to divulge her involvement that reveals something that increases his risk? Even if she was involved after the fact on 11/24.

LOL It's a little late for THAT "afraid" card after Tweedledee and TweedleDUMB (the Idaho lawyers that were silenced) blabbed (just saying). And I will reiterate, KK wasn't afraid when she drove back to Idaho (presumably) alone and did what she did with KB's personal things. He wasn't holding her at gunpoint when she chose not to go to LE when she left Colorado with the goods. moo

AND ... IF she disposed of evidence, as indicated by charges then she HAD the evidence in her possession that she could have taken THAT SAME DAY to the LE after she left him - either the CO LE or the ID LE would have been more than happy to accept that evidence into custody, then issue protection to KK from the murderer who was threatening her... IMO
Is she the dumbest person or does she think everyone else is dumb? Give me a break.
I hope with every ounce of my being that KB’s parents include her and anyone else involved in this murder in their lawsuit. Go ahead write your book, make a movie and provide that baby with a college education
