Jose Baez says

1) give her glasses to wear

2) put her chair at the lowest setting so she looks very tiny and vulnerable

/- sarcasm

We remember those days all too well! It’s amazing the tricks the defense attorneys come up with.

So <modsnipped> has been hiding out for a month and now doesn't wish to have the cameras calling her out during her court appearance? Holy smokes! I can hardly wait to pull up my chair!

I have a feeling the media knows who the co-worker was for the lawyers, and once she shows her face anywhere in public for the court hearing, she will be outed. I wonder who's going to be supporting her at her appearance. Knowing, that once they show their face at the appearance they are opening themselves up to being identified in the media and being talked about.

I wonder if KL will (or can) give an interview tomorrow after her court appearance. Maybe part of her plea is that she is not to give interviews until after trial.

She probably can’t, and almost certainly wouldn’t if she could.

She’s been a ghost for two months, I think she’d like to remain one.

A bit late for that though, but she ain’t talking.

Same. Been wondering if the rhinestones-and-ribbons rodeo queen will be transformed into sweater-and-skirt sunday school teacher? Or try for the nerdy-and-naive librarian look? Or jeans-and-flannel farm momma? Any guesses?
Unfortunately, she won’t be wearing green stripes. Jmo

Good. I’m not sure how I feel about the deal itself, but any deal bodes well for the case against PF.

It appears that the rumors are true.
We will just have to see. I've never seen a guilty plea entered at an advisement/initial appearance. Usually a court won't accept a plea then. And the defense attorney has filed a discovery request that is pending. So, it is unusual.

Well since she's been madly in love with him from an (Ahem) tender age,and he had such a hold on her, according to the Rs. She got divorced, PF took up with KB, and had a baby, then KK went crawling back to her hubby afterward.
These are facts of the case. I'm going by these facts.

But that is your summarization, I have not seen it quoted that KK said the reason she divorced her husband was because of PF.
That was what I was questioning was if she has been quoted as saying those words.

HLN is the National Enquirer of the airwaves.

Court TV starts back in May. With Vinnie politan heading the helm. I did notice that Nancy Grace was not going to be joining them. Sitting on hands.

I do hope they go back to reporting the trials without The Sensationalistic garbage that followed court TV on other channels and continues to this day.

I know a lot of people here love Nancy, but I thought her producers had so much misinformation and bad research that it just turned me off to her. And other stuff for which I will again sit on hands

New from Sam Kraemer, regarding that HLN report:

We've heard & saw those reports. Our team went to the landfill & saw nothing. A spokesperson for the DA's office also says she didn't know anything about this. We know they want to search the landfill. To our knowledge, they haven't yet. #PatrickFrazee @KOAA

Thank you, Sam (and MassGuy). As I suspected.

Did she make the sweet rolls after she got home from the store? Or did she just need an added ingredient for the icing and they had already been cooked?
Or did she buy them at Safeway?

Right. Because she just helped him out of the kindness of

Right. Because she helped him out of the kindness of her heart. No jealousy or spite involved. No motive. She's just a sweet victim forced to drive hundreds of miles to help PF kill, and destroy, hide evidence, send fake messages to throw the investigation off.
All this after she divorced her hubby, and He met Kelsey, had a baby with her, then she went back to hubby. Got solicited three times. To kill Kelsey.
Three times.
The innocent one here is Kelsey,Baby K,and Kelsey's family, and loved ones.

I simply stated that we don't really know the details of their relationship.
We've heard that they met at a rodeo and we have also heard that they had a relationship shortly after high school.
They may have been romantically involved at the time of the murder, or not. We don't know the exact details, because it's never been verified.

I don't think they need to show motive at all. It seems to me that they have enough evidence to prove that she was involved. Maybe the nature of their relationship isn't all that significant. I have just always been curious to know the details. Maybe we never will. Imo

Here is an article that quoted the anonymous family members indicating a plea agreement was expected. Technically, anything could occur tomorrow. Right now, since the Felony 6 Charge was announced yesterday, it looks like the family might be right. Who knows???

I'm thinking something conservative, yet positive. Darker shades, possible a deep royal blue with dainty silver chain necklace. Definitely flat shoes. Possibly from Neiman-Marcus. It never hurts to be slightly overdressed in court. IMO

Perhaps the 2FM's will hold a news conference. IMO

Do you think her husband and children will be there?

That leads me to believe that tomorrow's hearing will indeed be more than just an advisement. An advisement would take less than 5 minutes and all she would be required to say is "yes."
I was expecting her on 2 minute video but I tend to agree with you. Reminds me of CW's surprise confession at his preliminary. MOO

  • #1,019
No. Personally, I wouldn't put my children in the limelight.
Guessing you probably wouldn't help your BF murder the mother of his child either. I bet if she can talk her husband into it, she'll have the kids and him, front and center, crying for their momma.

The law is the law. They can’t take her into custody because that’s what we want.

The justice system isn’t always fair, and no matter what happens, it won’t be fair here, atleast as far as KK is concerned.

She will never pay the full legal price for her involvement, and none of us are happy about that.

She can help bring down the main culprit here, and she’ll face the wrath of the “court of public opinion.”

It’s not all gravy for her.

I don’t like gravy.
