#KrystalKenney admitted to tampering with evidence after learning Patrick Frazee had commit a homicide. She did mention a cell phone, but was too soft spoken to be heard in court. We will review the court pool video and bring you more details later today

I'm not convinced that NK wasn't an accessory or accessory-after-the fact in Watts case.

I'm also not convinced that KKL's involvement in Kelsey's murder was limited to using KB's phone to text KB's employer, KB's mom and PF and then throwing the phone away.

And I understood the judge to say sentence will be 12 to 18 months plus probation and delayed sentence until after trial which could be two months or two years. And she cannot speak to press during that time.

This does increase the likelihood that PF seeks out his own plea deal. I’ll be shocked if this actually goes to trial. His public defender attorney will push hard for a guilty plea and something other than death or life in prison in exchange for telling what he did with the body. That’s how this is going to go, I bet.

She has to tell as much of the truth as they can prove and as she wants to tell to make herself look as guiltless as possible in this matter, unless they can prove otherwise and she knows it. Big difference.
