Rumors this was when she was originally taken in. It appears she has on different clothes in the mug shot than today.

I do not know if this has already been answered but I read that she went to the police station on Thursday where this mug shot and fingerprints were taken. Unfortunately I cannot provide a link because don't remember where I read it.

Berreth, 29, has been missing since Nov. 22, 2018. She was last spotted leaving a supermarket with her daughter. Berreth’s fiancé and the father of her child, Patrick Frazee Opens a New Window. , was formally charged with two counts of first-degree murder and three counts of solicitation to commit first-degree murder.

The missing mother is presumed to be dead. Meanwhile, Lee is suspected of having an affair with Frazee.

Lee’s plea comes hours after confirmation that she had been fired from her job at St. Luke’s Magic Valley Medical Center in Twin Falls, Idaho.

Tear up that license KK.....never again.

I'm struck by the very careful wording of her statement.

Not "PF told me...." but "I learned that PF...".

As Julia966 noted, she "moved the phone" to "impair its availability".

Perhaps moving evidence to hide it from the investigation is a lesser crime than destroying evidence.

Well if it wasn't PF who could it be? We know it wasn't LE that told her because according to her statement, she learned of PF committing homicide and she moved the victims phone knowing that LE would be investigating the crime.

“I learned that Patrick Frazee had committed a homicide on approximately Nov. 22, 2018 in Teller County. I knew that law enforcement would be investigating that crime. I moved the victim’s cell phone with the intent to impair the phone’s availability in the investigation. I had no right or authority to move the victim’s cell phone. That occurred between Nov. 24 and Nov. 25, 2018 in Teller County."

I agree. I think he'll want a trial if only to expose the person SHE is. Personally, I look forward to that. He may also be delusional and think he still has a chance of getting off.

This "I was SO afraid of him," may have a reason behind it though. Others have speculated about drug use at rodeos and I don't care HOW regulated we think drugs in hospitals are, there are unscrupulous doctors that prescribe for less than admirable reasons. She strikes me as the type that would do tricks for what her and her lover needed. Sorry to be crude. It's quite possible he threatened to expose HER and she would lose her license over it. I believe they had a lot of "dirt" on each other. The irony now is, she's going to lose it anyway.

Don't misunderstand, I still believe she wanted KB dead for selfish reasons and she is utterly repulsive to me.

Good point, I just read it again more carefully. There's no way to construe it as she innocently took the phone to Idaho for some reason. She knew PF had killed KB and knowing this, she assisted him in misleading the investigation.

The 4th District Attorney's office is at 105 East Vermijo Avenue, and the El Paso County Detention Center downtown facility is at 27 E. Vermijo Avenue, a 279 foot walk from door to door. The City Police Headquarters are at 705 South Nevada, only .5 mile walk but why go the extra distance, just to prove you can, on Annual Slide-off Day? IMO

You got the vile part right. I still think it is a stretch to say she is a person that knew of a potential homicide. This case so far is a fine line between participating and just knowing.

I get that KKL looked so hard and defiant in her mug shot, (no one ever looks good in them), but I cannot believe how she showed up rocking the Femme Fatale look in court and in front of the judge. Yikes.

Every photo we see of Kelsey is young, fresh-faced, and earthy. How could her counsel let her come in with all that hair and make-up? Neither did her any favors, by the way. Her hair was flat and dragging down her back and her face looked so pinched and hard with that severe eyeliner.

Anyone else notice how the two women are close in age, but the victim looks like a sweet young thing and the defendant looks like a bitter divorcée. That contrast is not going to help her at sentencing at all.

Now I’m mad. I’m getting old but I still cannot fathom a woman helping a man take out another woman and mother. So very mad with today’s hearing. I’m sure we all are.

I am also of the opinion that PF has the ability and the mindset to sink her ship and plea. If he couldn’t allow KB to be a mother, he certainly isn’t going to tolerate KKL’s testimony putting him in lock up for life. He’s going to make sure she gets the same. He knows, or will soon know that all hope is lost and he will soon enter the gates of hell, but he’s taking her with him.

She got the same tour of the facility as every other booking, while attorneys had a cup of coffee and discussed what a miserable drive to work it was that morning. After being in a cell just long enough to sit down and look around, she was on her way through the exit process (unless it was a really busy day and they had to stack 'em up). The biggest bummer is that permanent black ink all over five digits. IMO

There is absolutely nothing innocent going on here. I think she is too risky as a witness for the prosecution. I was hopeful and now I am not. One day in and just a few minutes, she is absolutely contrived. I don't have this impression about a lot of witnesses but this one I do. I cannot wait to read any statements or testimony she puts out.

It was just a booking. She went in, she answered a few questions while they filled out paperwork, took her mug shot, took her finger prints, she walked out. Ten minutes.
