I noticed that two news outlets filed a motion to release that info, how long does something like this usually take to be heard?

Where was it that LE found signs of blood by using luminol? Was it at someones house?

We don't know what exactly LE found but it was at KB's duplex.

They appeared to be using luminol during that final search of Kelsey’s house (you could see the glow of a black light through the window).

We have no idea what, if anything, they found.

I strongly suspect they did find blood, as things moved very quickly after that.

And didn't they remove something large and flat wrapped in plastic? Did I imagine that? I deduced that it was a piece of sheetrock from the ceiling showing blood spatter. MOO

Yeah, we don’t know what specifically they removed, but we do know that reporters heard “loud banging” coming from inside that house.

So drywall, plumbing, flooring, there’s a lot of possibilities.

Not sure. They did leave a crater the size of the Grand Canyon in the front though.

Some people might say that it’s an eyesore, but I think it’s lovely.

Fire department was asked to come to the home, too, I think. Which would tend to support that that they went into walls, ceilings, etc.

So far, it's entirely possible to me that KK was only an accessory after the fact. Could she have been more than that? Sure, but currently available information doesn't suport it. If there was evidence to the contrary, there would be no deal.

Guilty accomplices get plea deals all of the time. We don't know the degree of her involvement (beyond stealing murdered Kelsey's phone and using it to impersonate her!) . We only know they need her testimony to convict Frazee so she got a Mickey Mouse charge in the bargain.

ADMIN NOTE:

I have just had to remove 30 posts based on someone thinking it was okay to post a rumor.

WPU was NOT and is NOT approved as an all encompassing mainstream media source. I recall that two reminders were made in that regard. A link to it was allowed on a one-time basis only due to a video that was of interest because it contained a presser with the DA.

Today's rumor post has simply served to verify that WPU is not a credible source of info and it remains an unapproved source.

Just because he used the plural, doesn’t mean that there are other cases.

This just covers the DA’s butt, if that were to end up being the case.

I absolutely don’t believe that there will be any cold cases solved by this.

This crime was deeply personal, and almost certainly isolated.
I'm thinking there are others who will be charged in this case, I remember Dan May's stating there could be other arrests ( plural) in this case. Not one singular arrest.
So that would mean she has to testify, and cooperate with prosecution of whomever those individuals are.
MOO

Yes she would. My point is that using the plural, merely leaves the door open.

It doesn’t mean that there are necessarily further arrests on the horizon.

It’s always good to be open to the possibility of other people being implicated.

You don’t want to miss anyone.

When all is said and done I hope that PF gets sentenced to life in the Administrative Maximum Facility (ADX) in Florence, Colorado (the 'Alcatraz of the Rockies') which is where El Chapo will now be going for life.
I would like to see Colorado use the death penalty. I think it would make some of the current list of perps think twice. Unfortunately I doubt the death penalty will be used and at this point no Florence Super Max since this is State and not Federal prosecution. I am under the opinion that the Feds could still file charges since Interstate solicaton for murder and the use of cell phones falls under their jurisdiction. Just my hopeful opinion.

Yup, I totally agree.

The evidence that we are aware of, indicates that she was an accessory after the fact.

There is nothing to indicate that she was involved in the planning, or the murder itself.

I really dislike this woman, and I think her actions are horrendous, but calling her a murderer is based on emotion, not facts.

We’ll have to wait in order to understand the true nature of her involvement.

Per a previous exchange I had in this thread - maybe with you - a person could help put a murder victim through a wood chipper and not be guilty of the actual murder and get some screwy charge like messing with a dead body in exchange for their testimony. I think this is important that people fully understand how awful one's involvement can be and not be charged with murder, getting a plea deal.

It could have been borrowed or rented. Or, she could have driven her car down and left it there and rode back with someone else, depending on the extent of her involvement w/PF.

It gets really confusing when some things are shown somewhere else. So now if Sonic is a fact, then I'll just have to wait for something else about KKL's trip back to ID to be known and accepted as a fact.

Even though KKL is seen on CCTV at Sonic in her own vehicle, it doesn't mean that she, by herself, drove 800 miles to see PF.
imo
Interesting.
