I'm still convinced the Rs were mistaken about those dates. It's just impossible they knew at that point.

Other than being mistaken, which I find hard to believe as well- how do you mess that up when you know you are talking to the media?- could it be that KK called her bestie MS and started talking to her right away? I don't think they found out through a facebook post- there werent' any.

And then MS was so upset she started laying the foundation with the R's. Telling them she heard that the woman PF wanted to kill has gone missing. KK is so upset? That is kind of what I think. Not sure we will ever find out that end of things though, don't think anyone will focus on the R's after all the info comes out.

All we can do is speculate as to where the body is. If to the landfill my guess is dismemberment. KK is suppose to have used the word horrific. She is a nurse that has more than likely seen many mangled bodies and body parts but finds this horrific. That is a telling statement. Then again there are canyons not far from where he lives that have been used to dump bodies in the past. Still active cold cases to identify remains found in Phantom Canyon. This is not that far from PF home.

PF gets the text (and we don't know what it said yet) saying KB would be gone for a week. We do know Doss Aviation got the text requesting a week off. So if PF texted to KK at all it would have been his annoyance that flaky, unstable KB took off somewhere, to see Grandma or check into rehab - but KB was not "missing".

I wonder which brainiac dropped the ball on this tidbit, or was it intentional to put it out there....

I would like to point out that LE has NEVER said that the texts came from Idaho. They said the ping was off the Gooding, Idaho tower.
Nor have they EVER said they knew what the text to PF said. Chief M. De Young specifically said "We would like to talk to him about that."
I think it is wide open to consider that the Doss text didn't originate from KB's phone, and that the simultaneous text to PF might never have happened at all. IMO

A few more statements from the Rs interview bother me... Patty said that on Nov 26th she remembered seeing a FB post about a missing Colorado mum that sounded familiar. Did such a page exist for KB on Nov 26th? It seems too early. The second one is about the claim that KK changed her phone number on Nov 27 - before she spoke to the authorities. Why did she change the number? Did she also get rid of her old phone?

Very good time line catch. The R’s and MS just can’t keep their stories straight. Let them keep flapping their jaws until the start facing charges or mess up KK plea deal.

I'm right there with you. I don't get it. A poster a dozen or so threads ago suggested that I shouldn't try to make sense of it. But there is something Seriously Wrong with 30-something adults who don't understand consequences. The thoughts "What happens if I get caught?" and "I don't want to go to prison" never occurred to them, or they blew them off. MOO

Well you definitely shouldn’t try to make sense of it until we have more information. In my opinion. That is the problem. It isn’t going to make sense when we have so little To go on. Right now we don’t know what we don’t know.

I think that the R’s confusion with the dates means that KKL immediately filled her BFF MS of all the gorey and minute details of her holiday weekend.

I don't think MS knew about KK's involvement right after the fact. How could KK be sure she wasn't going to tell someone else when she already told the Rs about the solicitation? On the other hand, KK also didn't go to the police when asked by the Rs. Who lied about that?

I find it very questionable that KK did not know about Kelsey or the baby until recently. The picture below was posted on the Gordon Cattle Company’s Facebook page July 6, 2018, photo dated the 4th. Being a rodeo queen, I am sure she is well aware of the events where Patrick participated. I have no doubt she would check the website for event photos. I am sure there were other clues, as well.

I'm repeating myself, here, but I think PF's circle of friends and acquaintances didn't really know Kelsey and that he may have told people that they'd broken up and were just co-parenting. That would mean if someone saw him in, say, a local bar, with KK, nobody who knew him would think anything of it. Meanwhile, Kelsey, living 15 miles away, has no idea what his circle of people think. I'll bet he kept things compartmentalized.

I am going with M knew KB was dead as soon as KK could call her or text her , The Deed is Done. M panicked and went straight to the R's.

As far as we know, she declined. The Rs also claimed in their TV interview, that they told KK's friend to contact them and talk to them about it. She didn't take the offer, telling to her friend to "forget about the whole thing". Was she not upset about it any more? Did he stop?
I'd also like to know why did KK's friend inform the Rs on Nov 26th that "that person" was missing? It looks like she didn't know KK had a role in it? Wasn't this before Kelsey was officially declared missing? The Rs allegedly gave KK a 24-hour ultimatum to contact police. They were told a day later that she did, but it wasn't true.

Didn’t the R’s do the interview right after a reward was announced? Then a couple weeks later they were asked if they were expecting the reward money? Or was that kinda of mentioned in that interview with the question about being heroes?

I get what you’re saying. There would have to be a ‘friends’ connection for the Idaho crowd to see any post by Kelsey’s people.

Maybe KK said something on FB. Too hyped or excited to keep silent for another six days?

If CB was looking for KB- even as early as Nov 25, she might have put something on a family Facebook, esp. because KB was not answering her phone. PF might have had access to that and even if he told CB that he got a text, that would not necessarily sit with her because CB and KB probably spoke daily, and why would KB visit a relative and not discuss it with her mom? If PF knew that KB's relatives (Mom, brother) were looking for her, he could have told KK and she could have said to MS something like: "Oh no...they are looking for her..." MS could have then told the Rs as early as 11/26. Remember also that MS and the Rs presumably do not know these people. If you believe the R's, they had a first name in a neighboring state- like "Joe from New York." So until KB was reported missing, they were supposedly (!) given only a tiny bit of information and MS was saying "my friend," so possibly they did not know who KK was either even if she had some local notoriety in 2008. (my speculations)

Yeah! Like in cleaning up and a purse that hasn't been located? The list keeps getting longer

remember the guy who said that PF cheated on his then girlfriend "when she was in the hospital?" (it is on p. 1 under info about PF). I keep imagining PF commencing (or rekindling) a relationship with KK while KB was giving birth. That would fit the epitome of narcissism... so at some point during this rekindled romance, PF says "Oh, yeah, I have another girlfriend, well, ex, and guess what? She had a baby...." leaving out the part about meeting her, helping her move, spending time with her, etc. I think that would leave KK with her mouth hanging open. ( beyond speculation... writing fiction here)
