The young daughter of Kelsey Berreth is all smiles in a photo shared by her maternal grandmother.

In the picture the two ladies are seen making a visit to Berreth's former place of employment, Dos Aviation, where Kaylee poses up on the wing of an airplane.

The family shared the image to social media just days before Patrick Frazee is due back in court after being accused of murdering his fiance.

The 16-month-old is temporarily in the custody of her maternal grandparents and it remained that way on Thursday ahead of Frazee's murder trial.

I guess I am wondering exactly what their connection is with the age difference they cannot be friends say from High School, they did not work in the same field, we do know they roomed together at one time. Just thinking MS should have 15 years more life experience than KK, hard to imagine her being a follower or naive to KK's involvement with PF and KB's murder, especially her working closely with attorneys
I assume she had seen and heard a lot of BS along the way.

I don't recall hearing that MS and KK roomed together and am not able to find anything on that. Are you sure you're not thinking about the friend of KB's who she reportedly roomed with in CO?

Nothing PO's an attorney more than amateurs using "boilerplates" without reading them thoroughly and doing the proper editing. Within the profession, a paralegal or secretary getting caught doing it is probably going to suffer loss of job and permanent blackballing. KOAA can consider themselves Bi***-slapped. IMO

KOAA’s motion was a bad “copy and paste/template” job. I am not surprised this was the response. Double yikes.

I saw this pic floating around on FB. I can't help but wonder if CB actually shared it, or if someone swiped it.

After a quick read through, it certainly appears that KOAA’s attorney Was pretty sloppy in the motion filed. You had better not state in a motion that you consulted with a party unless you actually did consult with that party, first of all. And then to make matters worse, their motion claimed that the defense was not going to oppose the motion to unseal the records. They were wrong about that, obviously. Not surprising since they didn’t consult with the defense to see if they would oppose the motion.

So the judge is probably going to have some choice words for KOAA’s attorney in this matter. I didn’t see where KRDO messed up in this regard, only KOAA.

This doesn’t really affect the prosecution of the case, though. And it’s understandable that the judge wouldn’t unseal the probable cause affidavit just yet. We haven’t even had the prelim hearing yet. But I do hope that he unseals it sooner rather than later.

Could be, it's hard to tell given the distance and angle of the photo taken at Doss. I thought CB's hair looked longer in that one but it might just be due to the coat she has on.

So her best friend, like a sister, is about to go toward danger, and MS begged her not to go 800 miles. I would be of the opinion that MS couldn't wait to contact KK ASAP at the end of the holiday weekend to 'make sure KK was alright and home safe again' and that KK couldn't wait to contact her 'trusted best friend' after her 'exciting long trip'. IMO KK & MS were in contact on Nov 25.

I don’t have a link, as I thought the purse and keys were actually missing. Hoping ajaylee can help us out.

We know KB had her purse and keys when she went to the supermarket with Baby K on Thanksgiving morning.

PF had access to the purse, keys and phone when he was in KB's place. We know where the phone ended up. He could have used her car keys to put her body in one of her own vehicles, not his truck. That would mean less possibility of evidence being found in his truck, less cleanup for him to worry about.

I hope they checked KB's credit card charges. One way to lay a false trail is to send text messages from a location 800 miles away. Another way is to use a credit card. It's possible KK used the credit card somewhere for a small purchase that wouldn't be challenged, bolstering the idea that KB was on the road.
