I remember the discussion here about all this carp - pages upon pages of it and it makes me so mad!

"The documents also allege that Frazee encouraged false reports about Kelsey, including that the couple were not engaged, that Kelsey was not Kaylee's primary caregiver, that Kelsey had gone to rehab, that she had run off before, that she had abandoned the baby in Frazee's care and that she "had 'issues' that would warrant Frazee “getting full custody."
Character assassination seems to be a trend recently.

A recently convicted Colorado resident, also tried the same tactic.

I have full confidence that this will have a similar ending.

LIES, yes imo. Why would she leave her gun with him when I am sure he had several of his own. Maybe he just gave away the murder weapon with that lie. He killed her with her own gun. Seems like he leaked out little truths with all of his lies. He had the house keys too!
She didn't leave her gun with him, nor did she voluntarily leave Baby K with him that day, IMHO. And I doubt if they went to Cracker Barrel, but that remains to be seen.

so did KB really trust PF to leave "her gun" with him? if it was for protection, why wouldn't she keep it with her? giving it to him does not really make sense. so is this a lie?
Maybe he had it for several months.( Like since September.) He could have told her he needed it for some reason or another and then held onto it. Imo

Perhaps to imply that he wasn't in her house that day (when and where the crime took place). Did he also pick up the baby at the restaurant? Could the restaurant verify it after all this time?

RBBM

I would think so. Nov. 22 was roughly 3 months ago; I would think one of the servers would remember taking their order and serving their food.

Maybe PF persuaded her to leave her gun with him, since Woodland Park was "safe".
Or perhaps he just took it, she finally asked for it back and he didn’t like that. He could’ve said he felt uncomfortable having it in the house with the baby. At this point all that matters is that it sounds like he wanted to make sure she had no means of protecting herself .

I think if we’ve learned anything, it’s to assume that everything he says is a lie, until proven otherwise.

Just like Chris Watts.
Liar, Liar, pants on fire, hanging off the telephone wire!!
I really wish they WOULD "fry" him, but the telephone records will "hang" him too :)

Reading the document in full broke my heart. Her poor parents having this knowledge all along.

I hope justice comes swiftly for PF. IMO with the release of this document his goose is cooked.

I wonder if once he reads it will it make him confess and lead to her remains...

Question for our WS attorneys but if CB recorded any of her calls with PF are those admissible?

since this is in a complaint, likely CB told LE about it on, say Dec 2, and the restaurant turned over tapes months ago if they had them

Exactly. She was already in a town where she was an outsider, and he was the “local boy”. It would’ve been quite easy for him to turn most people against her. And who knows if she knew that he was doing that, or if she was completely unaware.

Possible motive for missing Colorado mom's murder surfaces for first time in lawsuit

New article I'm just now reading. Wrongful death civil suit gives clues to murder.

The link claims he met Kelsey on Thanksgiving Day at a Cracker Barrel Resturant. That would leave a trail. Cracker Barrel is cooperating in the investigation. Very interesting to find out what time he meet her. PF had no idea of the timed Safeway video. I don’t believe he shot her but have no idea why he made a point he gave her gun unless for alabi purposes.

I remember, too. Now we have a court document and MSM reports so we can talk about this. Clearly, there were people who believed PF's load of bovine excrement.

This is a bombshell if there ever was one.

Since day one, custody was the only motive that I could come up with, and this seems to solidify that.

His lies have been documented, and will come back to bite him in the 🤬🤬🤬.

CB knew exactly what she was doing in those media interviews. Truly a thing of beauty.

I don’t know how she did it.

He didn't want custody, he wanted control of both the baby but also her mother so he took it. PF said those hateful things about her daughter to further emotionally torment CB. And he clearly has no empathy for his own child's emotional well-being by taking away her mother so abruptly. Really makes me wonder if PF's mother played a role. The Wagner clan all pitched in to take custody of the Rhoden baby.

I don't know how CB held it together, either. Especially during the time PF still had control of the baby.

one of the parties to the call can record it:

§ 18-9-303. Wiretapping prohibited – penalty
(1) Any person not a sender or intended receiver of a telephone or telegraph communication commits wiretapping if he:

(a) Knowingly overhears, reads, takes, copies, or records a telephone, telegraph, or electronic communication without the consent of either a sender or a receiver thereof or attempts to do so; or

(b) Intentionally overhears, reads, takes, copies, or records a telephone, telegraph, or electronic communication for the purpose of committing or aiding or abetting the commission of an unlawful act; or

(c) Knowingly uses for any purpose or discloses to any person the contents of any such communication, or attempts to do so, while knowing or having reason to know the information was obtained in violation of this section; or

(d) Knowingly taps or makes any connection with any telephone or telegraph line, wire, cable, or instrument belonging to another or with any electronic, mechanical, or other device belonging to another or installs any device whether connected or not which permits the interception of messages; or

(f) Knowingly uses any apparatus to unlawfully do, or cause to be done, any act prohibited by this section or aids, authorizes, agrees with, employs, permits, or intentionally conspires with any person to violate the provisions of this section.

(2) Wiretapping is a class 6 felony; except that, if the wiretapping involves a cordless telephone, it is a class 1 misdemeanor.

KB may not have wanted a gun in the house with a baby, so she kept it at the ranchette. And then she wanted it back!!

The long article was edited to add this:

“We are fully cooperating with the authorities on their investigation at this time,” Cracker Barrel spokeswoman Breeanna Straessle told ABC News late Friday night."
I'm guessing he had a new "date" for dinner with him that night! A blonde ex rodeo queen?

Also, wouldn't a gunshot be heard by Kelsey's neighbors?
Yes, I would think so. I think the purpose of having the gun was to leave her defenseless. Imo
