What's in Westcliffe?

17. Also, on or about December 2, 2018, Cheryl-Lee Berreth asked Frazee to go to Kelsey’s home to check on her. Frazee said he was in Westcliffe but promised that he would do so. Cheryl-Lee Berreth also sent a text message to Frazee on or about this same date, asking him to pick up a package if it was on Kelsey’s doorstep. Upon information and belief, Frazee did neither.

Google Maps
Maybe that is where he left Kelsey?

I don't think they were engaged at all at that point. It was totally about custody. imho, moo
Do you think they can prove in the civil suit they were engaged? That’s kind of important.

What if they found her body at a landfill? He couldn't explain how she transported herself there after killing herself.

Because people are always committing suicide at the town landfill, right?

No. I think it will be his word against hers, IF there was no ring, which I don't believe there was, sadly for Kelsey. She sure deserved one.

eta Curious, why do you think it's important in the civil suit?

What the actual fack omg he's got some nerve the gun makes sense her neighbours we're going out for Thanksgiving, just ticks me off he's such a arrogant p****
But haven't they seen his car parked there that day?

I agree. I’ve said custody was likely the motive all along too. (One post of mine was deleted by mods as O/t when I explained similar dynamics between me and my late abusive husband who threatened to have me killed multiple times in large part because I’d filed for divorce and he wanted full custody too).

I remember, haven, and I'm so glad you shared that with us. And, I'm glad he crashed.

Could be that he was in Colorado Springs dumping Kelsey's body so he needed to place himself there with his story to CB. There's certainly no reason that Kelsey would have met him there, on a holiday weekend, when she's up in WP.
But CB said KB told her on Thanksgiving that they might meet up for dinner. I think such a lie is how PF got easy access to KB and the baby.

Ha! If that’s the case, “his word against hers,” who ya gonna believe?

Rhetorical obviously.

There will be corroboration of this from other people.

"Frazee and Kelsey went to Cracker Barrel, “the restaurant Darrell [Berreth] likes,” together on Thanksgiving Day 2018"
The place Darrell likes....

Back up that wagon, you just killed Darrell's daughter you dips*** .

The Cracker Barrel in Colorado Springs is in Woodmen Valley, which is way north almost to the entrance to the Air Force Academy. Google maps says it is a 32 minute drive, but that would have to be on a good day, with a fast car and a strong tailwind. If you have plans for a big family night out, why drive past dozens of really good restaurants to go to the Cracker Barrel? Saving the crackers for your collection? I think I'll believe that one when I see the Sonic receipt for the day before. IMO

The level of stupidity is mind boggling.

I've always contended that once we find out the extent of PF's utter PFery, we're all going to be dumbstruck.

Tip of the iceberg, IMO.

December 2nd was a Sunday correct?

Some people really like Cracker Barrel.

I’d travel twice that distance, on foot, uphill, in the rain, with a hurricane force headwind.

I don’t think it’s true though.

MOO I think PF added that he gave her the gun back so if they found her body he could say she was despondent from their break up and committed suicide. I'm betting he shot her.

Interesting... KK’s attorney was the same attorney who obtained a not-guilty verdict in the Tom Fallis case - setting reasonable doubt that he didn’t kill his wife, but that she had instead committed suicide.

Mostly because it was Thanksgiving, supposedly, and it's about the only place open on that day (and every day). Not that I believe him anyhow.

Aren't mind games and blaming the victim part of the manipulation behind emotional abuse? I think this case is exactly why emotional abuse is just as dangerous as physical abuse in a relationship. PF was toxic.

JMO
Absolutely! And emotional abuse is worse than physical abuse in many ways.

I was trying to point out a particular kind of mindgame and manipulation in my post: Projection. Being tuned in to this abuse tactic is so effective when working with these people. It helps get to the bottomline of the “what, how, who, when, why?” Listen to what they say, but conceptualize in opposite way.

I was not surprised to see this as part of PF’s narrative:

e. Following and in explanation of her disappearance, Frazee suggested that Kelsey may have flown somewhere with a friend or co-worker.
Well he has the lying part down in sociopath.

Oh, if they were engaged I totally believe there will be.
