Okay, that sounds like a staged text to me. We don’t know all of the conversation history, but that sounds like a weird thing to text out of the blue after talking about spending dinner and the holidays with PF.

Didn’t PF tell CB not to worry about KB when she was missing because Woodland Park was safe? Sounds like the same person or point-of-view making those statements to me.

I'm guessing this text was from PF. He made the same comment to CB per the amended complaint on the phone about returning KB's gun.

Focus now is on Doss Aviation. Slater says CBI went to Doss & met with a number of people, including Kelsey’s supervisor Ron (no last name given). Ron told them he got a text the evening of Nov. 25 that she wouldn’t be at work as she was going out of town to visit her grandma.

Remember in the amended complaint from the B's it states that CB asked PF to go to KB's to pick up a package, but he said he was in another city (can't remember the name), so he probably sent his friend. Truth being told, he probably wanted to stay as far away from the condo as he could after murdering her

17. Also, on or about December 2, 2018, Cheryl-Lee Berreth asked Frazee to go toKelsey’s home to check on her. Frazee said he was in Westcliffe but promised that he would do so. Cheryl-Lee Berreth also sent a text message to Frazee on or about this same date, asking him to pick up a package if it was on Kelsey’s doorstep. Upon information and belief, Frazee did neither.

They were never broken up. He lied. Everything he said in the phone call to the police officer was a lie.

Slater- #KelseyBerreth 's employer, Dawes Aviation, received a text on 11/25 saying she would not be at work the next week due to a visit with her grandmother in Wash. but Kelsey didn't tell anyone about it. family says odd.

I am just guessing here, but I think KK may not testify today if the Proecutor believes he has enough evidence to hold PF for trial without her input. He may not have to show all his cards just yet. IMHO.
