Slater says Kelsey went to the Nedley Clinic in August 2018. The clinic addresses anxiety, depression, etc. It doesn’t address drug/alcohol issues. The clinic told Cheryl that Kelsey didn’t check in there in November. @KOAA #KelseyBerreth #PatrickFrazee

#PatrickFrazee took Kelsey’s gun because the couple was arguing about finances and Kelsey said “maybe I would be better off dead.” And pointed the gun to her head. This was in 2017. @KKTV11News

The Berreths sent a text to Agent Slater on Dec 6th saying there was blood in #KelseyBerreth bathroom in her townhome and that it looked like things had been cleaned up and moved. They sent pictures of blood in the bathroom as well as possible blood on the door knob @KKTV11News

on 12/6, #KelseyBerreth 's mom found blood in the bathroom, on appliances and around the TV and reported this to CBI. She also noticed a bath mat was missing and thought it was odd. #patrickFrazee @ABCWorldNews

She must have information. Although the entire case has yet to be presented, I can see areas of potential weakness, including not having a body and perhaps not having solid evidence against him.

I feel so bad for the Berreth's having to do this amount of police work and finding of evidence. I wonder how that will play into the validity of the evidence when it comes to trial? Could the defense say it was tainted?
